Getting here needs an off-road vehicle. Check your ground clearance before setting off.
A calm parking area beside a sports hall, with rubbish containers and views over the vineyards. The parking is flat and suitable for daytime stops, with cycling and walking routes nearby. The area can be noisy when young people or footballers use it, and rubbish collection passes around 6:45 on Friday mornings.

The road must have been damaged by storms at the second bend. We could not get up with our Ford Custom 4x4…
Don't go because it isn't accessible!!! We went there and had to turn around because it was already full of potholes from the entrance.
Very aggressive bees. Recommended only in the dark. As soon as the sun comes up, the bees attack you.
Very good spot for peace and quiet. Beautiful view. You can hear the road a little. Access is not easy, with quite a few ruts. There are two access roads; I recommend the second one, which is shaped like an S (see photo). One area is dedicated to a beekeeper’s hives; the rest is partly occupied by an illegal dump, while the remaining area is clean for a van.
WARNING: for off-road vehicles or vehicles capable of handling rough roads. Great place to sleep, quiet and peaceful. It lacks a few trees for shade, but otherwise it is really good. Italian mobile networks work well.
Very difficult access and lots of wasps, but quiet; we were the only ones there.
Very quiet place, flat, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Access requires a 4x4!
