Perth Rd, PH1 4EB, Perth
Been here?
A newly created, flat parking area behind a petrol station and beside, but separate from, the Taste Perthshire car park. It is free and suitable for an overnight stop, but recent reports describe heavy road noise, including at night. No services are currently available, and the water tap has been reported not to work. Taste Perthshire offers breakfast, takeaway food and a shop, although one recent visitor found it expensive.

Okay for one night, but the site is very noisy because of its proximity to the road, even at night. There are no services whatsoever. We did not use the nearby restaurant, and the shop is very expensive.
Parked here on Christmas Day 2025 along with two other motorhomes. Boy racers came into the shop car park and did donuts at about midnight. They did not bother us apart from waking us up.
Anywhere that is Flat. Well lit. Safe and is free deserves 5 stars. What do people want for nothing. The Ritz?
The tap does not work: no water. Convenient parking for one night on the road, but of course it is very noisy.
Didn't finish activities till late so stayed here for a night. Was calm with very little movement. There is still some noise coming from the highway but it's reduced. Great place if you find yourself stuck and need to sleep.
Very nice stopover. The shop and restaurant have so much to choose from. The parking is very flat and, although not far from the road, it was not noisy, so we got a good night's sleep. There is also a free water point. I recommend stopping here even if you do not stay overnight.
What a great stop over. Thankyou. As said some road noise from A9 but it dies down. We parked in the corner by the fuel station. Bins on site and Taste Perthshire has a lovely take away counter and restaurant. We bought 2 freshly made scones for £5 so we are calling it our £5 stay with free scones
Stopped here twice now, A bit of road noise from the A9, but a good stopping point north of Perth when heading to the highlands
