Industrial parking, ambulance noise

It is difficult to find a quiet place in this area. This one is near the Red Cross premises, where ambulances depart. We heard the siren every time one left until midnight. Otherwise, it is a quiet and deserted place in an industrial or commercial zone in the evening.✦Translating

The car park bays opposite the Red Cross was quite slanted and the parking spot in the photo is actually on a left-turn bend... There are now road signs, which are not on the photo. It's quiet, but I'm not sure if it's actually allowed and that the bend is for large vehicles to turn in the industrial area.
