Roadside parking, late traffic noise

This is a large, simple car park beside the road, just before the Nuraghe Majori site. It has no services, but is partly shaded and sheltered from strong wind. Traffic noise may continue until 22:30 or 23, while the night is generally quiet. The nuraghe is a short walk away, and the car park fills in the morning with visiting tourists.

Quite peaceful despite being on the road. We slept well with two other vans nearby. In the morning the car park fills up with tourists visiting Nuraghe Majore. Fairly sheltered from strong winds.

For a car park, it is not bad. Traffic noise until 10:30 or 11:00 p.m., then a quiet and solitary night in the rain.
Simple but shaded and quiet. We stayed overnight, arriving at 10 p.m. and leaving at 11 a.m. Excellent sleep and a long, breezy breakfast in the shade on the low wall inside the car park.
Flat parking; little traffic during the night, but dogs barked all night. We spent the night in a van with the pop-top raised without any problems.
