A daytime parking area beside the fjord, about 5 min on foot from Aurland centre, with space for long vehicles including 6m and larger. There are no services on site, while cafés and toilets are available in town. The nearby workshop has asked motorhomes to leave, so overnight parking is not suitable.

Large parking area beside the fjord. There is no sign prohibiting overnight stays, but in the morning the mechanic called our attention to it and we left.
Free parking along the fjord, five minutes' walk from the center of Aurland. Many spaces for long vehicles (6 m and more). No facilities on site, but many services (cafe, toilets, etc.) five minutes away in central Aurland.
We stayed quietly behind the workshop with two other motorhomes. Signs prohibit camping and wastewater disposal, but there is no explicit ban on motorhomes. The staff were very friendly. Five stars!
At this marked location there is only a car workshop!
