Don't stay; I only used the facilities. Gray- and black-water disposal worked fine. Fresh water did not.

To get water, you have to install the app and make the payment. So far, so good. But the water connector is not standard, and we did not have a suitable adapter. The filling is also slow and the supply time very short. You have to press the button every few seconds because the water stops. Result: we couldn't fill the tank and left completely soaked.

You can empty gray water and the toilet here, but there is no possibility of rinsing them. Water is paid.

The dumping and filling site is on the right when arriving, while the camping area is on the left. Gray- and black-water disposal and water filling are available through the Pverde app. Water costs €3. It takes a little patience to figure out the app, but afterward everything works. Great.

I couldn't hate this more. Firstly, it's not free. Having paid, it's extra for water It's a layby on a road that even at the weekend isn't quiet. It's not secure. It's nowhere near the town. There's no shade. The only thing it has going for it is how close it is to the ferry port.

I went to fill up with water, but after paying €3 and pressing the virtual “open water” button, it said the payment had not been processed, even though I was charged by my bank. Don't waste your time; about 12 minutes away, in the opposite direction from Bilbao, there is the Berango motorhome area, with free fresh-water filling and gray- and black-water disposal, and it is very good.

The services are not free, and when we went to pay, the app did not work. We had to leave for another place without being able to fill up.

Good place to spend the night, but the area is NOT free. There is a sign explicitly stating that the pitch and electricity cost €8.50 in low season and €10.50 in high season. Emptying and refilling with water costs an additional €3. Nobody checks whether payment is made, but this should be communicated.

There is no water to rinse the toilet cassette. The area is somewhat unattractive because it is an industrial estate. We did not sleep there and could not use the services.

This place leaves a lot to be desired. Industrial area, the green photos are misleading... I did not use the services so cannot comment. Ground is sloping and exposed to wind. Directly on busy road with industrial traffic (steep hill and loud!) Some electric points faulty. Bins tiny, single item disposal only. Paid services end 12pm regardless of payment/arrival.

I only stopped to empty waste on the way home. The water for rinsing the toilet cassette does not work, but the pedal for rinsing the black-water drain does. I understand that they want to save water, but even a non-potable recycled-water tap would be necessary. Another problem is that if you enter the pitch head-on, you have to leave blindly because parked motorhomes block the road.

We spent 2 nights there. Nice place near Bilbao. You need to download the app to pay for electricity

Great área for overnight, free with paid Electricity and Other services. Gorgeous green área right beside it. Our dogs were very happy :). Little residential area right behind it with some shops, bakeries etc. we had a great nights sleep before our ferry! Thank you to the local Ayuntamiento.

Unsuitable place for spending the night and resting. The services offered do not work, and there are not even instructions explaining how to use them. Definitely not recommended.

Terrible area. There is no information on how it works. You write to PVerde and get no response; you write to the town hall and get none either. Today almost none of the electrical outlets work. I had to move to another spot to plug in. Of course I called PVerde, but no response. The only thing that worked well was payment, and that worked the first time—how curious!

There is still no water. Gray and black water can be emptied.

Fantastic. It isn't beautiful, but it is perfect for visiting the town. Ten minutes' walk to the station. A quiet night. I didn't use the facilities, so I can't comment.

Perfect for a Pitstop. Parking is free. With the PVerde App, you can activate electricity(8.50€) and water(3€). The place is mostly even and clean, with enough space for most vans and campers. It's an industrial area, so expect some trucks in the morning. Several supermarkets and trash/glas disposals are a short walk away. Overall recommended

The place is very good, but in my case I could only empty gray water because the buttons for filling fresh water did not work. The dirty-water disposal did release water when using the pedal.

The place is as described and fairly quiet at night on weekends. Electricity did not work through the app or through a P Verde service employee on WhatsApp. Warning: two e-bikes on the rear rack, securely locked under a cover. In the morning, the cover was open with four straps undone, but the e-bikes were still there. The locks probably deterred the thieves.

Slightly strange place in a slightly strange location on the edge of an industrial estate, but welcome nonetheless. Best to drive into the spaces rather than reversing in, means you are reversing out onto the road, but probably safer and easier overall. The mining museum just up the road looks very interesting if you like industrial archaeology. We could not find anywhere good to eat closeby.

Stayed for 3 nights. One night was a weekday and the lorries started driving past around 6am. The weekends couldn't have been more of a contrast and was very quiet. Travelled into Bilbao each day and no issues with the van on return. If you are planning to take the bus into Bilbao then make sure you have cash!

Parking is still free. On Pverde you can see how many spaces are still available. There are sensors that track occupied spaces. Registration is only required if you want electricity (€10.50).

parking is not for free anymore. if there was a any option paying for only electricity(no fresh water at the moment in the spot)and parking should be for free, not bad option to spend a night. In this case 10€ is too much for a parking spot next to main road where soo many trucks are passing close by.

ATTENTION: electricity is absolutely not free! You have to reserve a pitch on Pverde by paying €10.50, then activate it through the app once you are parked. However, I think you should not reserve before arriving and settling in, to avoid having to argue with someone who took your pitch before you arrived.

Thanks to the city to offer free parking, exchange water and electricity possobilities. I am grateful for that and was happy that I could book through the app one day

I stayed there; bring leveling blocks. Electricity is activated through an app, and it is far from everywhere. By the way, don't forget your earplugs. Good night to you—but not to us.

Very beautiful place, but only for vehicles up to 6 meters. Impossible to park with a small trailer. Sloping pitch.

Paved: yes. Level: yes. Fresh-water filling: yes. Waste disposal: yes. Daytime noise: yes. Noisy at night: no. Supermarket 300 meters away.

There are ten parking spaces that, in theory, must be reserved through the Pverde app, but there is no restriction on access to the area. When I arrived at 8 p.m., only four of the ten spaces were occupied by people with reservations; the rest had been taken by people who simply arrived and parked. To avoid arguing with anyone, I went elsewhere. There is no sign indicating that the spaces are reserved.
