67 Avenue Maurice Chevalier, 06150, Cannes
Been here?
Three-star campsite near Cannes with pool, showers, and a restaurant; facilities are clean but aging. Pitches have electricity and water but no gray-water disposal. Expensive at €80–90 per night. Constant highway (A8) and airport noise dominates. Beach and town accessible by bike.

Terrible. €82 for one night for two adults and two children with electricity. They put us on an uncut piece of grass. Dirty bathrooms. Unfortunately, it was the only place in the area accepting one-night bookings. Early in the morning, vehicles on the adjacent motorway woke us up. I strongly advise against it.
All the staff—reception, pool, bar/restaurant and elsewhere—were very kind; a spacious motorhome pitch with electricity and water, though grey- and black-water disposal is not provided. The pool was very clean and beautiful. Bathrooms and showers were clean. The only downside is the distance from the beach, although a shuttle runs in July and August. Overall, we had a good stay.
Reception: not friendly. Facilities fine and clean. We found it very noisy: camper pitches beside the busy A8 motorway and the airport further away.
Arrived yesterday. The welcome could have been better, they couldn’t find our reservation. While we were there the site was relatively quiet. Other reviews have complained about the road noise - yes there was road noise but it wasn’t that bad for a site in a town. The toilets were clean. The pool was nice. I don’t see why everyone has an issue with this site. I’m considering extending our stay.
Very average; they are lucky not to have any nearby competition!
Actually okay! The facilities were adequate and clean. Pitches are large and level. Very friendly staff. Relatively close by bicycle to the beautiful beach and to Cannes. Traffic, as already described, is constantly audible. The price is rather expensive—adjusted to Cannes, after all.
The campsite is very outdated. The facilities are housed in a kind of shed. Overall, it is very noisy due to the adjacent motorway and airport. Okay for one night, but unfortunately no more.
The site was okay. A mat would have been useful because the ground was very dry. Good shady pitches, taps nearby, large facilities, older but clean. Some guests unfortunately make them dirty. Some toilets have seats and toilet paper. Very friendly staff. Late arrival is probably possible by arrangement. With an e-scooter, you can quickly get to the train and travel to Monaco or Nice.
Close to Cannes but very expensive, 91 euros 1 night- van and 4 people. Restaurant offers fresh pastries and bread in the morning. Electricity and water. Toilets not very clean.
Lovely atmosphere. Manageable-sized site. There is a pool for children, which was not relevant in our case. The sea can be reached by bicycle in under 10 minutes. Not recommended on foot. Cannes is also easy to reach by bicycle.
Great large pitch with lots of shade. Facilities very outdated and worn. Pool water cloudy. Motorway nearby is extremely loud.
We spontaneously got a pitch there after finding nothing available near Antibes without a reservation. Once we were there, we understood why. It is very noisy; the airport is right next door and the motorway is also clearly audible. Facilities unfortunately not very clean. The pitch under the trees is nice, though. By bus, it took us 30 minutes to reach Cannes.
Don't go there!! We booked 2 nights with the camper and they put us beside the road, with an abandoned site on the other side... what a dump... full of flies during the day, but in the evening something happened that I never expected! A huge rat appeared and came toward the camper looking for food! Disgusting... we fled.
Terrible, you might say: at the foot of the motorway and its caravan depot, near the airport. What a night—cold shower, and to top it all off, €47 for a motorhome, 2 people and electricity. To be avoided.
Super nice and accommodating welcome. Shady pitches with electricity. Pool clean and well maintained. We would happily return!
Dirty bathroom, no toilet paper, place not adjusted for rainy weather, positive side is super nice and helpful support and hot water under shower
This campsite is a unique concept. It is called Bellevue, but the view is not beautiful because there is no view. Peace and quiet are ensured by the hum of the motorway and mosquitoes. Despite the signs, dogs roam without leashes and bark. The showers can be lukewarm. No grey-water disposal. Nobody asks whether "everything went well?"
All in all, a good campsite. The woman at reception is extremely nice and speaks good English. The facilities are clean and serve their purpose, although they are practically outdoors, with the rooms having open windows and doors. The site is directly beside the motorway, which did not bother us. However, the value for money is not ideal.
