2 Place de Saint-Julien, 08000, Charleville-Mézières
Been here?
Free public parking in town, suitable for vans spending the night, but not for motorhomes. The historic centre is about 5 minutes away on foot, with shops, a pharmacy and other services nearby. Nights are generally quiet, although traffic can become loud in the morning. There is also a glass container on the site.

Only suitable for vans! No motorhomes!
Very quiet spot for being in town. Good night's sleep and not woken too early in the morning by town noise. 5 stars.
Convenient, easily accessible parking for reaching the town center, five minutes on foot. The two laundrettes on Rue Monge are closed, perhaps temporarily.
Found by chance. Close to the center, without services, but fine for sleeping.
Small place in the city for an overnight stay. Traffic becomes very loud in the morning, and there is a glass-recycling container in the parking area—only suitable if you plan to leave early.
We spent one night there. The parking area is spacious and a short walk from the historic town center. The night was quiet; toward morning, some cars arrived because there is a school nearby where students are dropped off. We would return.
