Been here?
This church-side parking area offers a pleasant stop with a notable view, and the bells do not ring excessively during sleeping hours. One section is somewhat sloped, while a farther parking area has a better, level esplanade. Conditions can vary, with traffic and visitors causing noise from early morning. The site has four angled spaces beside the church.

I do not recommend it! The view is really nice, but it is very noisy. There is traffic until late at night, with people parking and talking very loudly, probably while admiring the view. It is noisy again from 7 a.m. If you sleep heavily, it is okay.
Okay for a stopover. However, cars kept coming and going until 2 a.m. So it is only for people who sleep soundly. The toilets at Salle Saint Martin were locked.
Everything has changed since this place was created. The paved car park opposite the church offers four angled spaces. Very quiet at night, with only the sound of bells in the morning. You will find a clean toilet on the side of the community hall. A good stop on the way to your holiday, with a magnificent view over the town.
New: NO PARKING throughout the entire harbour area! Therefore there is no longer a pitch here. Only grey water can be emptied here free of charge. Alternative: Grönhögens pitch nearby, costing SEK 300 per night with all services except laundry, which is available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. for an additional SEK 50.
Thanks to the municipality for the excellent disposal facility!
