This is a small, sheltered roadside area with spectacular valley views and space for 1 maybe 2 vans at most. The road is very quiet, the ground is fairly level, and phone signal is excellent, but levelling blocks are useful. There are no bins, and a pub is within walking distance. A recent stay involved repeated local harassment, including persistent horn use.

Stopped here as my car headlights broke and i couldn’t drive in the dark. Stunning view. The locals are awful. Got harassed non stop and even had someone drive by constantly honking the horn just to be a nuisance ! was deeply upsetting as a woman by herself with no way to leave. Would only park here in future if i was with a man due to how vile the locals were acting. Didn’t feel safe at all !
Very sheltered and fairly level, spectacular views in the morning on a clear day. Hardly any traffic through the night, a few cyclists in the morning. No bins, but excellent phone signal
Stayed here in our way back from the Norfolk broads, making our way to the highland of Scotland. Perfect spot, could not fault it. Beautiful views and quiet evening. Lovely shelter from the heat, room for 1 maybe 2 at most, road is nice and easy to navigate, levelling blocks needed. Love this spot!
Camped here last night 6.12.24 had storm darragh passing over sheltered a lot from the big rock face at the back.... Very quite road will 100% recommend and will defo be back

Lovely, peaceful spot with a view. Tidied up the bit of litter already there (from the daytime?). Walking distance to a few pubs. Very little passing traffic. Perfect.
Beautiful spot ! Enough room for a couple vans ! Quite and peaceful ! Only problem was an old man in a free lander grey freelancer 07 plate who took loads of pictures of us ! I asked if he was okay he started telling me that other people have left rubbish and wanted an reg to send the bill to ! We all ways Leave no trace so was disappointed that he’s painting every one with the same brush !
Signal with three is meh but the place is remote and the pub 20min walk away does fantastic food. Not a bad spot by any standards.
Lovely view and a good size spot for two small campers. Quiet night with friendly cyclists and dog walkers in the morning
Excellent spot for a night. Our van is 6.3m long and fitted nicely. very little traffic. Would use again . No trouble with local residents.
Great spot for overnight, no facilities. In the morning at 8, lady with white hair jogged past saying profanities. Then ran back 15 mins later, shouting 'Go Home'. I think she owns Debyshire Dales.... No traffic after 10pm till 8.30am. Very peaceful sleep.
