Tight gravel area, no facilities

Automatic parking system, but some people reserve spaces for other campers and fill the spaces before they arrive. Payment is complicated if you do not register beforehand via the Qipeo app.

The area is convenient for reaching the cliffs, but the problem is that the spaces can be reserved. Even when spaces are clearly available, you cannot enter if they have been reserved. In high season, a space is unlikely, especially on weekends.

We stayed here for two nights. We travel in a panel van, and there was enough space. No toilets or showers. Electricity is available at only four pitches. So it is more suitable for self-sufficient travelers. About a 20-minute walk to the coast. The beach is not really suitable for swimming, as it is very steep and has large stones. Inexpensive place for a short stay.

Very small parking area for the summer season. I had to wait at the entrance for other vehicles to leave the parking area. The spaces are tight and have a gravel surface.

Unfortunately, it was full when we were looking for a space. The filling and emptying station is outside the site and can be used while passing by; water costs extra at the machine. We drove 6 km farther to the pitch in Villainville: no electricity, filling and emptying facilities available, and hardly any campers there.

It is a bare camper site where you pay for the location, with no other facilities. The entrance is inconvenient because there is no parking in front, and you have to check at a terminal whether there is still space. The campsite is slightly better but has the same registration problems. There is no space at the gate, causing congestion on the road. The campsite is also twice as expensive for a meager toilet block, because it offers nothing more.

Perfect to visit the place. No noise during the night even if the parking and the close camping were full.

Good spot to visit Etretat, 15 mins on foot. Come from Villaineville, not from the town center: streets are narrow. Quiet during night.

Qipeo site. July 2026: clean area, €14.32 including water. A 15-minute walk from the beach. Only four spaces with electricity, €6 for 8 hours. But I think people need to take turns, which is not obvious to some people. A little tight, but if everyone parks properly it works very well. The price is necessarily a little high, but we are in Étretat.

Good place for one or two nights. The proximity to the town and nature is ideal. What I don't like: toilet emptying right next to the drinking water; drinking water can only be obtained with a special connector; electricity is nice, but there is no chance of getting it—about 36 spaces and 4 outlets.

Excellent stopover area for visiting Étretat. To reach the town, you have to take a walk, but there are sidewalks and it is not far. You also pass the house of the writer who wrote the Arsène Lupin books. The town is very charming and distinctive, and the cliffs are wonderful.

Few spaces, all in the sun. Grey- and black-water disposal and fresh-water filling available. We bought a ticket to enter and then discovered that it was full. We had to wait for someone to leave before we could enter.

Lovely site near the campsite. The only drawback is that it is unacceptable for cars to park on the area to sleep when the number of motorhome spaces is limited in season. They should receive a fine to deter them.

Here, the concept of monetization has been fully embraced. With three spaces free, it was impossible to enter because they were reserved! Even after calling the operator, we were told the area was full: the spaces were reserved. This is not the way to manage a site in such a tourist city. Remove reservations—which, moreover, it is impossible to understand where among the thousands of platforms they can be made.

The €14.32 is worth it: peaceful night with emptying and filling services. It lacks self-cleaning toilets, just saying.

Hello, on June 9 we stopped at the motorhome area in Étretat. One drawback: there is a hookup with four sockets for 35 spaces, yet everyone pays the same price, including those who can connect. A little disappointed.

Clean and quiet. It fills up quickly. Access to bins, grey-water and black-water disposal.

Full marks because it is inexpensive for 24 hours, about €15. Wastewater and grey-water disposal, plus drinking water included. Very close to the center, about a 20-minute walk to the main attractions.

Very clean area, 20 minutes from the town center and half an hour from the cliffs. The only downside is that there are only four electrical hookups, and the price is the same with or without electricity. We avoided the municipal campsite next door, which is extremely expensive at €36 per night.

It does not even deserve one star; it is outrageously expensive.

Very convenient site for visiting Etretat. However, the water tap has a very uncommon fitting that most motorhome owners will not be able to use. We were very relieved to find someone with the right fitting who filled our tank for us.

Very well located for the cliffs. We walked there with our children, aged 9 and 11. Quiet. You need to be self-sufficient because there are only four electrical hookups.

I have never experienced anything this bad. There is electricity for the entire site through four connections, three of which do not work. I promptly moved next door to the campsite.

Impossible to park here. Not just full—it is completely packed, and it is nothing special anyway. Overcrowded on weekends. There was no room at the campsite next door either. We finally went to the neighboring village and parked for €10 at a brasserie. From there, we were able to take a beautiful hike to the cliffs, a circular route of about 12 km.

Knowing that a car in the center has to pay €15 for five hours of parking, I think we got a fairly good deal. Within walking distance of the center, with the possibility of emptying and filling tanks. What more could you ask for?

Area with services, perfect for spending the night, in a quiet location. It is worth planning your route to arrive in time to see the cliffs and the spectacular sunset. There is no access to the motorhome parking areas because they are all height-restricted. The most economical option is to pay for the area and spend the night.

We are here in Etretat today and found a nice spot at the edge. Otherwise it is a bit cramped. The site is great for walking into town and seeing the gigantic cliffs. Thanks and greetings, Ralf and Annette with Cooper.

Very good. We spent the day and night here. Cheaper than the municipal campsite. Fifteen minutes on foot from the center; bicycles or scooters are a bonus.

A very pleasant surprise for us! Despite our vehicle being 7.6 meters long, we were able to settle comfortably on this very clean, pleasant area close to central Etretat. We paid €14.50 for 24 hours for two people, including water. I think this is a fair price for such a tourist destination. The town and viewpoints are breathtaking!

The site is practical if you want to see the town and the cliffs. It is, however, a bit of a walk. Otherwise it is nothing special; the spaces are narrow and the water and waste facilities only partly worked.

We only used it as parking because there was no other choice for visiting the city with a motorhome. For overnight stays, the campsite right next door seemed better equipped. The check-in desk was not working when we were there, so it was not very convenient.

Nice site. €14.32 per night. Water and waste services are included. A special adapter is needed to draw water: a double coupling/hose connector in the Gardena system. The adapter must have a plug connection on both sides, with a reducer and seal, similar to a hose connector. Without this adapter, the tap cannot be used.
