Gut Dörphof

Beautiful location with friendly people. Officially there is no electricity yet, but the owner is happy to run out a cable so you can have power. We travel with two dogs, who were very welcome here and could happily run free. We definitely recommend this place.

Upon arrival, the owners gave us a very friendly welcome. Later, they were also happy to provide information. We stayed self-sufficient in the shade beside the avenue of lime trees. Gut Dörphof is one of the best places we have found so far.

The pitch is very quiet, exceptionally level, and fresh water was also available. I can highly recommend Dörphof by Manuel Dittmers—a true insider tip for anyone looking for something special.

Very idyllic and rural; cosy here in sunshine or thunderstorms. If you like being away from the hustle and bustle, this is a good place. Electricity and water are still to come, so for now it is mainly suitable for self-sufficient campers. The resident is happy to help and take care of things. I will return.

The pitch is level on cobblestones in the driveway. The country road is within sight and earshot. Unfortunately, nobody could be reached at the number provided and the farm was locked, so the advertised water and waste services were unavailable.

As often happens when we stay with private individuals, we discovered a particularly beautiful spot and wonderfully friendly hosts here. A family that has already accomplished a lot on this old estate and still has many visions they would like to share. Anyone who values peace and hospitality is in exactly the right place here.
