Calle Dr. Antonino Fdez. García, 24838, Cármenes
Been here?
This enclosed area in the Los Argüellos Biosphere Reserve has 11 pitches, drinking water, grey and black water disposal, Wi-Fi, toilets, and cold showers. The rate is €5/night all included, or €3 for the service point only, with booking through the TripStop app. The access gate can make entry difficult for larger motorhomes, and the app has recently caused payment and reservation problems.

Outstanding area, very quiet site. The entrance gate is not in the best location, but it is possible to get in; my vehicle is 7.5 meters long. Everything is very good and inexpensive. Many thanks to the owner of the area.
Spectacular location. The entrance gate is in the wrong place, making maneuvering impossible for a motorhome over seven meters long. The black-water drain is underneath the motorhome when emptying gray water, and the cover is almost impossible to remove.
We could not spend the night. The app does not work properly; payment cannot be completed correctly. Once the bank confirms payment, returning to the app causes the reservation data to disappear and you have to start again. An endless loop.
Hello, I was there today. That app is terrible; there is not much internet coverage. They should remove the app and do it by card, like in Posada de Valdeón. I will not return. It’s a shame.
Access is through the TripStop app, and you leave by pressing a button. The spaces are large and easy to maneuver in. There is fresh water and showers, a little dirty from the people who came that day and with no hot water. There is no 220V electrical hookup, although I think there was a socket in the little building. There are also gray- and black-water disposal points, but the latter has a broken cover. The views are spectacular.
It is a wonderful place! Magnificent views and great peace and quiet!
We found it to be an incredible place, with very good facilities and a privileged setting. Thank you to the community for allowing us to stay.
The facilities are very good, but in winter, having no hot water when you pay for the overnight stay does not seem entirely pleasant.
We spent a quiet night here on the way to the Baltic, with a small pretty lake in the park, seven kilometers from the motorway. We recommend it. Young people do hang out in the rear car park, but you cannot hear them here.
