Been here?
Daytime parking on a high viewpoint above the sea, with striking cliff views and several walking routes. Parking is permitted from 08:00-23:00, and overnight stays are prohibited; surveillance cameras are installed. Two potable-water fountains are available, and an authorized overnight car park is located just before the viewpoint. The nearby cliff path is easy, while the area can be busy and dogs may bark at the adjacent ranch.

Ideal for stopping during the day. Be careful, overnight stays are not allowed! Surveillance cameras.Translating
It is a wonderful place on a hill overlooking a cliff. The only drawback is that vehicles cannot stay overnight from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. You can go down and spend the night in the parking lot below, which is very quiet at night with no vehicle traffic.Translating
Huge parking area with an extraordinary view of the sea and enchanting sunsets. Two fountains are available for refilling water. Located near the Camino de Santiago, truly beautiful.Translating
It is a spectacular place; the sunset is impressive. It is a shame that you cannot spend the night, but 200 m away there is a caravan parking area where you can sleep without problems. Worth it to see the sunset and then go to the parking area for the night.Translating
You cannot spend the night, but it is a gorgeous place during the day and there are services. Highly recommended.Translating
There are two drinking-water fountains, some benches, and the cliff views are very pleasant. We were only there during the day. Quite a few people walk by, often with dogs, as there are trails nearby (an old railway that transported materials to a loading dock). When you leave the parking areas, there are recycling containers ♻️ and a bar with a pleasant terrace (we did not go in).Translating
A spectacular place. We stayed overnight in the previous parking area. Then you continue on and there are spectacular views. A place to enjoy.Translating
Great place with drinking water and a beautiful view, but somewhat crowded and next to a ranch, so quite a few dogs bark.Translating
Great place to spend the day. v Excellent views and the possibility of going for a swim.Translating
as a day time parking spot goes it has a great view and a overnight spot just back down the road
Updated permitted parking hours: 08:00–23:00.Translating
Perfect for spending the day. Incredible sea views. There is a beautiful trail along the cliff, very easy and safe.Translating
Great parking for spending the day. The world is not only for campers: the day we were there the weather was very good, and there were at most five vans, with the rest being cars. Quite a few people had chairs and tables to eat, including two barbecues. Burger King rubbish was three meters from the bin, which we picked up as soon as we arrived in the morning. Here, the innocent suffer because of the guilty—that is how it has to be. What a shame.Translating
Great place to start the walk. On busy days (weekends with good weather), arrive early, because it was busy when we were there on Sunday, October 13. It was still full and noisy late in the afternoon, around 18:30. We also left because there is a house with many dogs that bark constantly.Translating
Lovely park-up, but no overnight parking. There is a nice place to stay 200 m farther down the road, and it is a good place to watch the sunset.Translating
We spent the end of the day here—simply wonderful, with a very beautiful view, but it is impossible to sleep here.Translating
As described in the text! A very nice place for daytime use. Great views and plenty of space!Translating
Superb view and a beautiful walk. It is not possible to spend the night here—you have to move to the first parking area in the evening because it is filmed and monitored—but during the day it is fine for parking.Translating
Nice place, but daytime parking only until 23:00; the police come by.Translating
Another magical place that has been abused by people camping for days, and in the end it was banned. We get what we deserve.Translating
As of 14/07/24, there are more signs prohibiting overnight stays. There were about a dozen motorhomes and vans. There are still cameras at the entrance and a 72-hour restriction. Many people come to picnic during the day and evening, but it is Sunday. A quiet night, with a few dogs in the neighborhood. Bins are available and emptied every day, even Sunday.Translating
We did not stay here, but officially 300 m farther ahead with seven other campers. The police checked both prohibited coastal sites in the late afternoon and sent people farther ahead. So it is best not to try it at all. However, there are two fountains without threads where you can fill canisters.
CLOSED, access is not possible.
I give it five stars because that is what this place used to be. I live 15 minutes away and had spent several New Year's Eves here. It was obvious they would ban it, but you cannot keep fighting people. Here it was not so much about tables and chairs outside, but if you do not have a toilet in your van, a bucket and a bag will do—throw it in the bin, do not leave it lying around!!!! IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT OTHERS, YOU WILL NOT BE RESPECTED.
Welcome to post-pandemic overcrowding. Those of us who live nearby and stay in the low season now have to put up with restrictions caused by the excesses of summer. This is what is coming everywhere...
Beautiful place with great views. A trail runs along the coast. In the late afternoon and evening, young people arrived to drink and party. YOU CANNOT CAMP OR SLEEP HERE, but approximately 250 m before arriving there is a place where stays of up to 72 hours are allowed. We spent the night there without any problems.
No parking in the evening, very crowded. The view is beautiful, but it is not worth it except for a walk. Take your rubbish away.
Until recently we often slept there. Now it is no longer possible, for the same old reason. PARK where permitted; DO NOT CAMP.
An incredible place. CAMPING AND OVERNIGHT STAYS ARE PROHIBITED.
Quiet place with good sea views. Spacious, with bins, a fountain, and a pine forest next to it.
A very beautiful place with the sea in front. Years ago we spent nights here, but now it is prohibited, what a shame. It is still recommended for stopping to rest, eat, and so on. It is very close to the motorway.
Excellent point for a windy lunch break.
Very quiet place, beautiful view, and very relaxed people. You can spend one or several lovely days here! La Arena beach is not far away, where you can go surfing :)
Wonderful place with direct sea views, free, with water fountains, bins, and a couple of benches. From now on, no vehicle may park overnight, from 21:00 to 07:00, which is why I have lowered the rating. A shame—the people who came to enjoy it respectfully have lost a great overnight spot.
As I mentioned earlier, it was obvious they were going to close it. Well, from this Friday the town hall has declared that overnight stays are not allowed, and it is prohibited from 20:00 to 07:00, all thanks to the uncivilized behavior of several groups. In the end, they achieved it.
Beautiful view, but the parking lot is packed, with everyone crammed together. The dogs from the house behind the parking area bark whenever anyone passes. Nice for a walk, but not for staying or relaxing.
