Been here?
A secluded roadside recess for one car or camper, set on a bend without through traffic and used as a starting point for walks. Access is steep, narrow, and sloping; a vehicle measuring B:2m15 and L: 6m20 was too large. The area has rubbish, no direct view, and the village is 5 min away, while the walk to a stone beach takes 1h and is very steep.

The site is okay, but our motorhome is definitely too large for it. Ours is 2.15 m wide and 6.20 m long. The site is sloped, and the access is very steep and narrow, with hardly any opportunities to pass.
Unfortunately, lots of rubbish and feces. Good starting point for a hike and a one-hour walk to a rocky beach (very, very steep). No direct view. Five minutes to the village.
I was driven away by workers in a truck. They explained that all the widened sections in the hairpin bends and on the mountain roads are intended for maneuvering and avoiding oncoming traffic. That makes perfect sense, of course, and out of respect for local residents I will no longer use such places in the future.
We spent one night in the bend just below. It seemed better suited to our needs (a family with two children). We had a lovely evening, a very good night's sleep and a quiet breakfast. Very convenient, as La Spezia station is 15 minutes away, with departures for the Cinque Terre.
Great place to park quietly without traffic and with space, unfortunately—and fortunately—for only one car/motorhome. It is really ideal for peace and quiet. I highly recommend it. The place is a little dirty; people dump rubble there, but otherwise there is no litter. Take care of it, friends. Safe travels to everyone :))
