A wide parking strip beside a quiet road, with exceptional water views and very little passing traffic. It is a council works depot rather than a formal lay-by, and overnight parking is not permitted because access is needed. There is no space to sit outside.

Excellent spot for spending the night. Exceptional view. Walking a few minutes towards the centre of the village, you can see yaks and deer. Very little passing traffic.
Great view in the morning. Quiet road so had a good sleep. It is a lay-by On the road so no where to get seating out outside.
