Great spot , two mins to beach and beach bars. Spacious. Near a road but quiet at night. Lighting is bright but feels very safe. 13€ including 10minutes of water. Would definitely use again.
Motorhome area at La Chambrette, €13 with all services. Shame that local residents come and put their rubbish in the area; we also pay the tourist tax. In addition, the Royan waste-container fee has doubled ☹️. What a shame—we will not return.Translating
A stone’s throw from the sea and bars/restaurants, this parking area is flat and fairly quiet. Good for motorhomes and vans. No toilet or Wi-Fi, despite what is indicated.Translating
Thank you to the municipality and its residents for this place welcoming motorhome travelers. Quiet, clean, lit, and with a stabilized surface. Thank you, and hopefully see you again.Translating
I think it must be noisier and busier in peak season, but out of season it is fantastic! We arrived for one night and stayed for eight days! Very little traffic, so it was quiet; two minutes’ walk from the beach and close to the town center and shops (Leclerc). Spacious, fairly long, stabilized and level pitches. We really enjoyed it and will return!Translating
A disgrace. I still don’t understand why campers have to be pushed into the farthest corner of the city next to railway tracks and dirt. We avoided this neglected place and drove on.Translating
Good, fairly wide location facing the beach or just a short bike ride from the port and the very pleasant cycle path leading to Soulac. Some noise from the adjacent road, but little traffic at night. We prefer area B, farther from the road and with paving stones. Inexpensive, with water and electricity.Translating
Basically a good place; we were just unlucky, as it was very noisy at night because teenagers were in a party mood. But we were young once too.Translating
Motorhome pitch: as of July 27, €12 per night for a van, including water and electricity. The beach is a 2-minute walk away; clean public toilets are available, and the port is a 20-minute walk.Translating
Excellent, perfect motorhome area.Translating
Very good, thank you for this reasonably priced area.Translating
Area at €12.50 with all services, quiet at night, close to the beach. I recommend it.Translating
Very good area; go to the second section, not the paved side. The beach is excellent. We will gladly return.Translating
Very pleasant place where we favored the small local businesses, such as the bakery, whose owner is very friendly and offers good advice about visits and activities. Indeed, the road was a little noisy because we were on the paved side. The only small downside: the entry ticket theoretically gives 10 minutes of water, but it stopped after 1 minute. What a shame. Thank you for this place.Translating
Very good for one night. Preferably park in the car park opposite the service point to avoid the paved road nearby (traffic noise from this road can be annoying, even though it was fairly quiet today). A sign says it is closed from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m., but we were able to park there after 8 p.m. I think you should be careful in peak season.Translating
Very convenient, with a payment machine and outdoor services. The beach is behind the woods, 50 m away; the port is nearby, and Soulac-sur-Mer is 20 minutes by bike via the cycle paths. We go there and will return. €12.Translating
I am at this area. The road is a little noisy, the bins are overflowing, and the price is €12 with electricity. Reasonable price.Translating
Very quiet at this time of year, impeccable services, close to shops. Thank you, municipality.Translating
Pleasant and quiet motorhome area. All the services needed for a motorhome. €12 with electricity. Cheaper than Camping-Car Park. Thank you to the municipality.Translating
Very good pitch and services available.Translating
Spacious pitch. Fair price. Better than Camping-Car Park.Translating
This area is well located and could be pleasant if it were not lit all night by the harsh lights of football-stadium floodlights… impossible to sleep!
Very beautiful place, very convenient for walking the dogs. Quiet, I recommend it.
Very quiet spot, a stone’s throw from the beach, with a beautiful walk along the coast. We will gladly return: much better than the Camping-Car Park area, which has no trees and no electricity!
Very good quiet spot; there were still mosquitoes at the beginning of November.
Stayed here for a night. Good size aire with water ,electricity and rubbish facilities. pay €11 for 24hr including electric hook up and water. Right across to the beach and walks around from the beach to the marina which is nice. Downside was all the little flies biting in the evening. Road was alittle noisey in the morning but was fine.
€11.20 for 24 hours including electricity and 10 minutes of water. Beautiful place right by the beach. Dogs are not allowed on the beach here. Slept wonderfully peacefully, with no disturbance from cars as mentioned in some reviews.
WARNING: when you purchase the ticket, a code appears on a screen but no ticket is issued. Be prepared to photograph the code or write it down. I paid for two tickets.
Motorhome area at a very affordable price, one minute’s walk from the beach and 750 m from a Leclerc. A little noisy during the day and early evening because the road and beach car park are nearby.
We just spent a few days there, on side B. Very quiet and very well located next to the beach. There is a supermarket nearby and two small beach restaurants. We did not have any mosquitoes.
Truly beautiful area, not far from the seashore and the town center, and well located for the boat to Royan. Unfortunately, both parking areas were full, so we had to make do near the lighthouse and the pier.
