This flat parking area is close to Vitré centre and next to the railway, yet generally quiet. One night was recently reported as very calm, with few trains overnight. Access is easiest via the station; the Rue Sainte-Croix entrance is narrow. Spaces suit vehicles up to about 6m, while some other bays are limited to 5m.

Great little parking area, very quiet for one night before visiting the town. Entry and exit are easier via the station.
Car parking spaces for campers. Access past the railway station or via the narrow Rue Sainte-Croix. Relatively level; hardly any trains at night and quite quiet considering how close it is to the tracks. Behind the library there are parallel spaces for vehicles up to about 6 m, perhaps 7 m. In the other spaces, 5 m is the limit! No services. Close to town, with a bakery by the station—great location. There is also a nice campsite!
We did not spend the night, but left the motorhome here to visit the city, as it is next to the centre.
One section of the site is free! Fine for motorhomes up to 6 m. We had a quiet night. The trains are very quiet!
Quiet despite an occasional train in the early hours. Motorhomes only if two spaces are used together. Part of it is paid. Very close to the centre.
Very nice little spot by the river. However, lots of mosquitoes!
