This roadside stopping place beside a hotel is close to Manchester airport, about 13mins drive away. It is suitable for a late arrival, but a coach and airport shuttle bus recently blocked it effectively. The nearby main road can be busy, and the surface is slightly sloped.

No good at all, as was being used by a coach and an airport shuttle bus so effectively blocked. Don’t bother.
stayed here last night, arived at 7pm and left at 2 am before out flight today. its 13mins drive to Manchester airport. parkup is at the side of a hotel and main road Ideal for a later pull up.
OK for an overnight stop. Busy main road next to it, but traffic noise isn't too intrusive. A bit of a slope but not excessive.
