Low Sleights Road, LA6 3JF
Been here?
A pub stop in the Yorkshire Three Peaks with a reasonably level car park and views of Ribblehead Viaduct. Overnight parking is free when buying food or drinks, with access to toilets, fresh water, and toilet waste facilities. The pub serves food until 9pm, but cattle-grid and viaduct noise can disturb sleep. Dogs and children are welcome.

I think everyone has said it all previously. Positive points-unique location and stunning views. Very clean free’ facilities. Good pub food menu. Negative points- Food quite pricey. Woke early (5am) due to noisy cattle grid. Would we use again? Yes if we needed facilities. If NOT, we’d park in the lay-by further along the road.
We stopped for one night in the parking area reserved for pub customers. They allow you to stay and use the water-loading point and chemical-toilet disposal in exchange for buying something at the bar or restaurant. Quiet night. Good place to stop.
Great place to stay overnight if you want to stop for a beer and some food. Warmly welcomed by staff and lovely service. Great food. The carpark is easily accessible and fairly level with a great view of the Ribblehead Viaduct. Water, toilet and toilet waste facilities are available. Go into the bar on arrival to register and get a slip to display and the toilet code. Good dog walking.
Great views, great food, great people. What more do tha want?
Great free parkup and pub with stunning views pretty much as most people are saying. Just park up then go in the pub and get a pass to put in your window and that’s it. Toilet and waste water and black water dump. You get a code for the toilet when you check in at the bar. Don’t forget to buy something as this is a free service.
Great pub, fantastic staff and food with very large portions. Free overnight stay when buying beer or food. Toilet access. Definitely worth staying overnight.
Great overnight stay, free. Just get a drink or meal from the pub. Food served until 9pm. Great views and reasonable level car park.
Stayed for one night. Great stopover, with a roller-accessed toilet available all night via a code. There is noise from the viaduct and from cars crossing the cattle grid outside the pub, but it was a good stay.
Decent stopover for car camping. Access to the pub toilet and a portable toilet at night. Good food in the pub too!
A great pub stop with beautiful views! The food is great, a little expensive but you can’t complain when the facilities are this good, there’s a heated toilet, and somewhere to empty your toilet if you need to. The WiFi is also free and I was able to use it inside the van, which was handy as we had no phone signal. A great location for lots of walks
An amazing spot friendly staff, great food. Will definitely be back. Will filled up with water and emptied our toilet.
Great location for climbing the 3 Yorkshire peaks. We are 8.7m no problem parking. No electrics or waste water emptying but there are toilets & fresh water. The pub is lovely with lots of food on offer, if a little pricey but can’t complain for a free nights parking. Thank you
A super stop with the camper. Parking is just on the carpark but the view is fantastic. There is a loo for campervan/ Motorhome use if needed & a tab. The pub itself is very welcoming with a broad range of food from sandwiches to full meals. We will be back.
Extremely friendly! They helped me for a long time and called an ambulance because my wife had fallen. Wonderful people! The parking is very good; you have to go to the pub to register, free of charge, of course, and buy something, even if only a beer. Lovely walk around the viaduct.
Free parking, water and a loo dump too. You are asked to register your presence for insurance reasons. Great food, a bit expensive but worth it. Good beer. Why don't more pubs do this?
Great overnight stop, friendly staff, good beer and a delicious full English breakfast in the pub.
Great facility provided by the pub. 24 hour toilet access, great beer and food. Super friendly staff. No booking, first come first served. Check in at the pub on arrival.
Amazing place with utterly fantastic homemade food. A really warm and friendly welcome for us van dwellers. Please please park considerately to allow for maximum useage :))
Blooming fabulous couldn’t have felt more welcome. Amazing pup and great food. It was New Year’s Eve so the vans were packed in but still quite and folks respectful…great stay
Great spot in the heart of the Yorkshire 3 Peaks area. Great scenery with a nice boozer on site. No TV signal or Mobile signal. Pop into the boozer to register you are staying the night. Cost free but expectation is you buy a pint in the boozer.
Perfect spot for a Yorkshire walk and see the Viaduct and if your lucky the old steam train as well. Many walks from here as well. Water and dump too.
Perfect little spot. Pub was nice and friendly with a good selection of Food and drink. The Toilet was small but had the heating on (even in summer). All in all it was an excellent location. Just as an FYI, it is very windy in this location.
Good food, 24-hour toilet and fresh water, mostly level parking, helpful staff. We will definitely use it again.
Fantastic views, great amenity, good food and drink, i really like the fact they go out of their way to welcome motorhomers.will be ba k soon.
Brilliant stop over. A must next time I’m in the area. Big carpark, fab views of the viaduct, clean water and toilets. Free but you need to register your stay overnight in return for eating at the pub. Portions are massive - Yorkshire style - so arrive with an appetite. Internet a bit thin but get the WiFi code from the bar when you register. Pub opens at 11am. Friendly staff and dogs no issue.
it's the best site I've found in the area, they have toilets, fresh water to fill up and you can even get rid of your waste. The food in the pub is really nice, as is the beer.
Lovely cosy pub and garden. Great food and friendly staff, felt very welcoming. Lots of walking options nearby. Pub wifi stretched to the carpark which was handy as no service anywhere nearby otherwise. Would come back!
