Lake parking, quiet overnight stay

Nice place, quite overnight.

Be aware that during the Ferragosto weekend it is packed with people during the day, the beach is crowded and the parking area is full. Perhaps it is fine at other times; the place seems nice and the beach is large and well-equipped.

We stayed for one night, which was great. Nobody from the hotel came to us either. One star deducted because there was quite a lot of rubbish lying around.

Great spot. In summer and on beautiful weekends it will certainly be very busy. Today we are here alone.

Very quiet and peaceful. We parked for two nights tucked away at the far end. No one from the hotel approached us for payment. The only other people at the lake were a few folks for swimming in the morning. A few small rubbish bins around but everything helps. OK phone and internet signal. Would happily stay again out of season but can imagine it is busy and noisy in school holidays.

Top spot if you are self-sufficient, with a lovely shallow beach and a small restaurant. Highly recommended.

Caravan: Its not possible to sleep here at night anymore. The hotel reception came and told us that if we wanted to stay the night we needed to check in at the reception. So we left. When we came back the next day they came back again and told us now that we couldn’t stay in the parking lot (during the day) even. We needed to check in. So we went on with our trip route.
