Ermita de Sant Cristofol, 43519, El Perelló
Been here?
A clean, well-maintained recreational area on the outskirts of El Perelló, with beautiful views and walking routes. Vans can access it easily, and there are shaded or sunny places beneath the trees. The area is generally quiet, though distant dogs may bark; police have recently stated that overnight stays are not allowed.

The place is fine. But the police came and told me I could not spend the night there. A shame.
Perfect for one night: quiet, clean and relaxing. Unbeatable view, easy access for a van.
Very quiet and pleasant place. We were alone that night. We parked slightly back under the trees; it is fine in a van. Very beautiful view from the viewpoint. Minor drawback: dogs barked in the distance until fairly late in the evening.
We were also alone here last night. It is very peaceful and beautifully maintained and clean. It is nice that everyone respects this and takes their rubbish with them.
wonderful area very quiet & peaceful night stunning views and good walking route we were the only people here and so our dogs could run free bit windy but that subsided in the even thank you to the community fir providing this place
Excellent spot, absolutely quiet at this time of year. Clean and secluded, with a choice of shade or sun. What more could you ask for?
Quiet and clean place. Highly recommended.
There are no processionary caterpillars or even nests in the pine trees anymore, if there ever were any. In August 2025 there was no danger at all. Otherwise, a spectacular and fairly peaceful place. People constantly come to walk.
Really nice for a meal break. Recommended: peaceful, with a beautiful view!
Stayed here for a couple of nights, waiting for the heavy rains to pass (early March '25). People do come and go to watch the view, but it gets quiet at night. I felt safe and was able to get quite some work done (so cell reception more than fine).
Stayed during the day. Quiet area during the day but I picked up some signs of "botellón" for the nearby trash container, so evenings can probably be a bit wild. Can confirm that there are enormous amounts of processionary caterpillars at the moment - pet owners beware!
Warning! Processionary caterpillars everywhere!!
Pleasant place; we spent a very quiet night. Let us all respect the surroundings so that it stays this way.
Magnificent view of the Ebro Delta. I only stopped for a lunch break, but the place must be very peaceful for spending the night.
Beautiful, quiet place with tables and views. There is no water, but we were very comfortable.
Ideal place. We spent a couple of very peaceful nights and ate dinner at the picnic tables. The police came by at dusk, but as others have said, they are friendly if you respect the surroundings. Please do not leave rubbish or cigarette butts; there is a container for disposing of them.
Good views of the Ebro Delta. The area was clean, with a fountain, tables and plenty of shade. The only drawback is that some cars often come up at night and may be annoying. We slept without any problem.
Picnic area with benches and tables, and a viewpoint overlooking the entire Ebro Delta. Lots of shade. We have come several times to spend the day and eat, etc.; I do not know what sleeping there is like.
Beautiful, clean area with a fantastic view and picnic table. There is a water source, but the water is not drinkable. Beyond the closed barbecue, the next building also has a toilet; it was open and clean when we visited. The Guardia Civil patrols frequently, but we asked whether we could stay one night, and for one night in a camper van it was not a problem.
