Unnamed Road, 09079, Tresnuraghes
Been here?
4x4 access only
Getting here needs an off-road vehicle. Check your ground clearance before setting off.
A very quiet off-road parking spot with demanding access, especially via the heavy descent from the north. Good tyres, ground clearance and four-wheel drive are mandatory; access from the south is easier, although the place is hard to find. About 500m before the nuraghe, a rope-tied gate provides northern access without fences.

Beautiful place, but the road is not easy. I went down in my Jeep; there are some difficult sections. There should also be another road via Punta Foghe, but you would have to park farther south. In any case, with a good 4x4 it is not that difficult.
Spectacular view and beautiful sunset. There are four or five spaces without being right next to neighbors. You reach it via an almost entirely paved 10 km track from the village. Beach at the river mouth. Very busy in August, as people come to watch the sunset and go down to the beach. Unfortunately, it was very dirty, with toilet paper scattered in many places. Bees. In windy weather, it is better to leave.
Beautiful place, but very windy—enough to be frightening at night—and low range is needed. The road was at the limit for the Toyota Land Cruiser we had.
Very nice spot, but as mentioned, access from the north is challenging. I could not do it with an LC100, but I was towing a one-ton trailer.
