This is a public-road parking place on an industrial estate near Manchester city centre and the motorway. A supermarket and retail park are within walking distance, including a large Sainsbury’s about 600 metres away. Traffic passes during the evening and night, while early-morning scrap-metal unloading creates noise. It is more suitable for converted vans.

During a conference visit, we stayed in this street for five nights. Cars do pass in the evening and at night, but it barely bothered us. Early in the morning, trucks unload scrap metal, which is noisy. About 600 meters away there is a very large Sainsbury's with every kind of food. By bicycle, the city center is 10 minutes away; on foot, it is over half an hour.
