A dirt parking area with flat spaces, mountain views and a nearby hiking trailhead. It is away from the road and quiet at night, with internet 50 m above. The area is often crowded, remains full even at night, and finding a place to sleep can be difficult. Local hikers do not seem pleased to see vans here.

Nice spot with a magnificent view, flat spaces and a hiking trailhead, away from the road. Quiet at night. However, it is crowded, and the local hikers do not seem happy to have vans here. It is difficult to easily find a place to sleep; the parking area remains full even at night (bivouacs and access to the refuge). Chalet de la Croix de Fer nearby, with very welcoming staff.
Excellent views on both sides and complete peace and quiet.
Superb spot in a parking area at a hiking trailhead, accessible via a track. Please, my fellow motorhome travelers, avoid taking several spaces during the day by leaving your awning, tables and chairs out. This is not a campsite, and this kind of behavior causes prohibitions. Thank you for your understanding!
