Been here?
Large free parking lot with flat terrain and excellent views of the slopes and valley. Disposal point for grey and black water works. Drinking water is unavailable; fill from the bike-wash station instead. Very quiet, no electricity. Village is reachable via a 15-minute downhill walk (uphill return required).

Waste disposal works, but there is no drinking water, not even at the bike-wash station.
we spent 2 nights here. Very busy on Sunday, chair lift working but all quiet on monday. highly recommended, great views, very quiet at night. grey and black water waste at the service point but no water. we used the bike wash to fill the water tank no problems.
Quiet and with a beautiful view, flat area and bins nearby, no shade.
Very large parking area. Nobody there at this time of year. There is a gray- and black-water disposal point, but no water.
Perfect, next to the slopes. We live in the area and often come here the evening before to ski early the next day. It is perfect!
Relatively flat parking area. We did not need leveling blocks. Very quiet. Gray- and black-water disposal is possible at the beginning of the parking area next to the bike-wash station. Freshwater tanks can be filled using the bike-wash hoses. In summer, the restaurant below the parking area is open. Mountain biking and hiking are possible.
Excellent spot. Very quiet and spacious. An unbeatable view of Auron and the valley on one side and the ski slopes on the other. Breakfast in full sunshine. About ten motorhomes spaced thirty meters apart, each with its own privacy.
Very large parking area with a beautiful view of the village of Auron. Lots of spaces and very few cars on March 9, 2024. However, the service station is closed and disposal is impossible because it is under one meter of snow. A small path at the back of the parking area leads to the village on foot in 15 minutes.
On January 1, 2024, a motorhome owner took it upon himself to set up a marquee or awning extension across more than two parking spaces. This is not a campsite; then people complain that free motorhome parking is no longer allowed. This kind of behavior gets us banned everywhere. For the record, this parking area is free, so let us make sure it stays that way.
Actually, there is water because you can fill up at the bike-wash pumps!
Beautiful spot with deer rutting calls this season. No services; the water has been shut off without explanation, so we filled up at the bridge in Clans.
Very good. Easy access and all services are free. At the foot of the cable car and bike park. Very large, so we are not crowded together.
Generous space with nice view. Grey and black water disposal possible. Freshwater supply via bike wash, clean and easy to use. Toilettes can be found in surrounding facilities. Easy access also for bigger vehicles.
Huge multi-level parking area. Access to the chairlift, open in summer, the golf course and two lovely restaurant terraces—excellent! Free cable-car connection to the town center. If the water station is broken this summer, toilet cleaning is still possible, including waste disposal and cleaning water. To fill the tank, you can use the bike-wash hose. Truly nothing to complain about! Thank you, Auron.
Too bad we found a broken service station with no water for rinsing the toilets. A stuck-on label is no substitute for a repair!
Pleasant parking area in August, with gray- and black-water disposal. Water is available via the bike-wash hose for filling tanks, and it is very clean. Available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; the water is then shut off. The parking area is easy to access via a small paved descent. Free tour. Easy access to Auron in ten minutes, though the return is uphill.
You can empty gray water and fill up with water for free; the water is potable. Very practical if you are visiting Auron or even Saint-Étienne-de-Tinée—only ten minutes away.
A large quiet free of charge car park was able to empty grey and black water but no water was available in June but okay if you are self sufficient/ off-grid had a peaceful night's sleep
