You have to fill out a permit (it's already signed by the owner), which is in the mailbox, so that you have the official permission to stand on the land. 8 min drive to Schladming and almost en route to Dachstein cable car. Didn't see any sign of max 48 hours which was mentioned here before, but I think common sense needs to be present :)✦Translating

We used the place before a trip to Dachstein, so in the morning we drove about 13 km to the cable car. The only disadvantage is that parking is available for only one vehicle, so it is mostly a matter of luck whether you arrive and find it free.✦Translating
