Quiet parking area, optional electricity

Very quiet in a great location. The owner was prepared to let us fill up with water. You could walk to two pubs. Thank you for making this available.

Parking for campers across from the B&B, slightly sloping, very quiet and safe. A five-minute walk to great pubs and a restaurant. Beautiful area, very friendly locals. Ger, the host, was very nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

We were offered the sloping parking area, which was not suitable for us. So we took the grassy area next to the house, with electricity and water. It cost us 20 euros. I had seen 15 euros quoted by previous visitors the week before. The view is quite beautiful.

We stayed in the garden with electricity. Dreamlike views of the sea and mountains. Very friendly owners.

Excellent welcome from this very warm and attentive Irish couple! Many thanks. The motorhome was parked on their property, with electricity and water available for only €15. Views of the ocean and mountains! We recommend this B&B, which offers fabulous accommodation.

The host Ger was charming. Water is available at his house across the road. Use of showers at the B&B when not booked out. Ahakista is a beautiful spot. Both pubs have great outdoor seating areas overlooking the peninsula. Spectacular.

An ok spot with no views and mainly uneven ground that even chock blocks would struggle, but in an area that’s tight on welcoming overnight stays it will do. €10 the night on a rough layby opposite the house. Nice pub in walking distance. The owner offered us a shower not sure if this was an extra charge.

A very convenient overnight parking, within a few steps of Arundel's lovely pub (excellent food) and a short stroll to the 'bohemian' Heron Café and Art gallery. Swim in the pristine waters opposite Arundel's or head- off on a scenic hike on the many well-marked trails of the Sheep's Head Peninsula. Your friendly host, Ger, of the B&B opposite, will help out with water and information.

Basically not a campsite, but simply the parking area opposite Ahakista Lodge—perfectly located, though. A wonderful pub is within walking distance, with a shortcut that does not follow the road. It is lovely, quiet, and peaceful. The owners are wonderful people! For an extra charge, you can use the sanitary facilities; water is also available. Thank you for the hospitality!
