Allée de la Gare, 30500, Saint-Ambroix
Been here?
A large, free, flat car park along the railway line, without services, useful for shopping or visiting the village. It is reserved for bus manoeuvres, especially from 16h, but parking at the far end is tolerated. Nights can be quiet, although earth piles occupy part of the rear area.

The situation with the buses is rather unclear. Somehow, every bus that arrives stops somewhere different. Unfortunately, piles of earth have been deposited farther back. We parked by the front fence. The bus drivers did not complain, and our night was quiet and undisturbed.
Very nice spot, but the police told us it is reserved for bus manoeuvres, especially from 16:00 onwards. However, staying right at the back is tolerated.
Large car park, ideal for shopping, resting, and sightseeing. We spent one quiet night. There are no services. Thanks to the municipality.
