A picnic rest area near a road with little traffic, equipped with shelters, tables, benches, toilets, and trash cans. Its recent condition is very poor, with rubbish everywhere and people defecating there. The area is unhygienic and unpleasant.

Actually, a nice place to take a break. Unfortunately, the condition is absolutely disappointing. There is rubbish everywhere, and people (!) even relieve themselves here. This is unhygienic, unpleasant, and ruins the whole rest area. Very unfortunate, as there are not many opportunities to stop along this route.
