This daytime spot lies at the end of a farm track in a landscape conservation area directly beside the canal. It is suitable for small campers such as VW California-sized vehicles. The location is quiet, with occasional boats on the canal and cyclists or dog walkers on the towpath. Access is easy in dry weather but can become very muddy, and a deep ditch makes manoeuvring in darkness hazardous.

Quiet spot. Suitable for campers such as a VW California or similar. Be careful of the deep ditch when manoeuvring in the dark.
Very nice spot! It is not far from the motorway, which is very convenient for stopping on the way to the Nordic countries. Very quiet and peaceful. A few boats pass on the canal and a few bicycles use the towpath, but nothing disturbing. The Park4night address is incorrect; you need to read the comments to find the right place.
Really easy to reach. If you come from the south, cross the bridge and drive a long the dirt road. Don’t drive all the way to the end if you see someone parking there. Not possible to turn around. Going backwards it’s still easy tho. Really quiet :)
Spectacular views of the river, and it is impressive to watch the boats pass. In winter, beware of the mud or it will be a nightmare. We first visited the previous spot, but it was a quagmire.
The way the satnav directed us to this spot, there was a field between us and the canal. In bad weather, the track is only recommended with four-wheel drive, but you can also get out with chains. A little before or after it, depending on where you come from, there is a better route to the canal, but it is just as muddy. We only found this the next day in daylight. Otherwise, a beautiful, quiet, undisturbed and clean place.
Nice spot, but be careful because it can be very muddy and you might get stuck there.
