Been here?
A small, flat gravel parking area on the waterfront beside the park, currently suitable only for short campers because of construction fencing. The lake, bathing access, promenade and town are nearby, while Gripsholm Castle is an 8 minute walk away. Toilets are 5 minutes away at the marina and open 7am-9pm. The site is quiet, but campers over 6 m may have difficulty parking.

Currently only suitable for short campers because there is a fenced-off construction site.
Very, very small and not very suitable for campers. A van is fine, but with a motorhome it is difficult to park and get out, assuming you are lucky enough to find it completely free. We continued on. Very beautiful panorama.
There is no ideal parking area for motorhomes in this town. For a daytime visit, it is best to go to the parking area at Gripsholm Castle. Nothing interesting for the night.
The parking area directly by the water with access to it is a super-cute Swedish place. Unfortunately, there are no toilets or sanitary facilities in the evening, so bear that in mind.
Very beautiful, quiet place by the lake with a great jetty opposite a church, but really not suitable for motorhomes over 6 m. More suitable for vans. The little building is currently being renovated, and the construction fence makes the space even narrower. Swimming, fishing, and a promenade toward the town center.
