A truly magnificent campsite with many beautiful pitches. Good sanitary facilities and swimming pool. Also perfect for campers staying one or two nights. Especially with the ACSI discount. In our opinion, all the bad reviews are outdated. Everyone has plenty to complain about, often about irrelevant things. A shame, especially for those people.

We were quoted €43 for one night (1 van, 2 adults, 1 baby and electricity), even though we had seen a rate of around €20. The receptionist calmly replied that it was the weekend of May 1, that they were expecting many people, and therefore the price had increased! Okay… we left!

Unfortunately, there was no choice of pitch although it was quiet. Very difficult with a motorhome if you do not have levelling jacks. Trees are very low—we are just under 3 metres tall. Access and manoeuvring are difficult for a 4.8-ton vehicle. Sanitary facilities are adequate.

This is a rustic campground, that has charm. It is difficult to find a level pitch within the chestnut trees. We had access to good showers and toilets and a washing machine. The staff were polite and helpful. It is a lovely walk into the delightful village of Fuenteheridos and easy access to nice walks and bike rides. We look forward to returning.

The campsite is located in a chestnut forest and is very beautiful. Perfect for relaxing. Good location for visiting the area. The bathroom cleaning was inadequate. If they paid more attention to maintaining the facilities, it would be a ten.

Many services are missing for the price: €35 for one camper and one person, without electricity. The new facilities lack cleanliness; since they charge high-season prices, one cleaning is far from enough. It is better not to use the old facilities. The pitches are not marked, so you do not know whether you are on your neighbour’s pitch or they are on yours. The ground is so uneven that even levelling blocks do not help. Never again.

Very friendly staff and a beautiful, very natural campsite in the middle of nature. New, well-maintained and clean bathrooms. Not a sound at night. Highly recommended!

Rural campsite in a beautiful shady chestnut grove. Some facilities are brand new, others less so; we used the newer ones and they were well maintained and clean. Hot shower and bathroom shelves. €40 per night for two people and electricity. A little expensive, but recommended!

Beautiful rural campsite immersed in an ancient chestnut grove. Lots of shade, swimming pool, large pitches (not always level but still excellent). Very nice and fairly well-maintained facilities. The only drawback is the price: €40 for one night for two people with a van and electricity.

A great campsite surrounded by chestnut trees. They gave us a very large, well-levelled pitch. The staff were extremely friendly. Two pools to cool off in during a heatwave in August. The only thing I would have liked is grey-water disposal. That is the only negative; otherwise, excellent.

The poor reviews do the campsite an injustice. Yes, the pitches are very uneven and the impression is rustic (rural camping!). Every pitch has electricity and water. The sanitary facilities are perfectly fine and the showers are hot. The place has been renovated with the best intentions, but without the owners having their own camping experience. In other words, there is a rain shower but no shelves or way to keep towels and clothes from getting wet. It could be worse. The staff and owner are very friendly and open to criticism. They have been running the site for one year and are constantly trying to improve it. The restaurant is good; we ate well, especially the sausage with onions. It is a good starting point for hikes or learning more about Iberian pigs.

Shocking—a filthy dump beyond belief. And then €40 per night... outrageous. Toilets and showers cannot be locked and are absolutely filthy. Sometimes there is no hot water, no internet... The ecological setting and chestnut trees are not enough to justify it. What a shame.

What a disappointment: filthy campsite, a complete mess, and €40 per night—in April! The young lady said it was high season here. We only stayed because we were tired and there was no other campsite nearby; otherwise we would have left immediately.

we were here after we found Cortagena was closed (march 10-25). The weather was very wet, despite that: clean toilets, warm shower. Yes bit old but just what we needed....Large place, we were with two RVs.

Wonderful to sleep among centuries-old chestnut trees. We were alone for two days, perfect for visiting the area. €25 per night with electricity. Since we could choose our pitch, we levelled it well with some blocks.

Starting with cleanliness: the bathrooms are extremely dirty and have no hot water in the afternoon. It is also very far away, with sloping pitches and red dust. There is no lighting at night, no dishwashing sinks, the staff are unfriendly, and the pool is accessed by a staircase whose steps are too narrow to fit your foot. The small shop has outrageous prices. A neglected campsite, very expensive for what it offers.

The price is not justified: no hot water for washing dishes or at the sink, no Wi-Fi on the site and no mobile signal, plus electricity costs extra. The ground is sloped and the red sand gets everywhere; bring a tarp for the ground. Very friendly and accommodating welcome.

Ecological rural park in a cork-oak field, with very steep pitches, not at all recommended for motorhomes over 5 metres. The pool was operating and the bathrooms were new, but there is no grey-water disposal point. Overall commendable, but lacking facilities for motorhomes, and there is a lot of dust; in rainy weather it must become nothing but mud. The pitches are not marked.

Old-fashioned but very peaceful campsite among centuries-old chestnut trees, with plenty of shade but very low branches for motorhomes. Basic facilities, with two pools. It seems to be undergoing renovation by the new owners.

A wonderful place in the middle of a nature reserve. Almost magical among ancient trees and paradisiacal peace! New ownership since January 2024, with many improvements underway. Electricity and water supply are excellent. Very clean toilets and showers, which are adequate. The swimming pool is nice but not yet open. The bar/restaurant is very good and offers excellent wines and outstanding service.

We spent two nights last weekend with a caravan and a bungalow. Positive: they let us stay until 2:30 p.m. so we could eat before leaving. Negative: agricultural dirt pitches, uneven and unmarked. Women’s bathrooms closed. They only have five toilets, five showers and three sinks. Old facilities. Price per night: €35 for two adults, caravan and electricity. Bungalow: €85.
