Paved parking, construction noise

We pass through Valencia every year; this is the fourth time we have parked at this location. It is a paved parking lot at the foot of apartment buildings, but the neighborhood is generally quiet, and the Guardia Civil regularly patrols, even at night. We have never had any problems. Valencia city center is accessible by metro from Mislata, a 15-minute walk through the Turia Gardens, the former riverbed; 40 minutes total.

The parking area is partly closed because of the construction work next door. The work causes a lot of noise, dust and construction traffic.

Very dark place with people who spend their time playing around with their cars.

Lots of space. Feels safe. One-hour walk along the old riverbed to the historic center. Self-contained. It is just a parking space.

Everything was fine, two nights without problems. The police pass by occasionally; it seems like a safe place.

Large paved parking lot, the metro is a ten-minute walk away. Some young people come to perform and film quad-bike stunts, then leave around 8 p.m. There were about ten motorhomes. Quiet night, although we could hear a few planes taking off around 7 a.m.

It is just a parking lot, nothing more, but the location is practical. A few minutes' walk to the metro, five stops to the airport and five to the city center. The long park also starts nearby, making a beautiful cycling route. Quiet at night. A few young people on Saturday, but we experienced no nuisance.

I stayed here 26/27 March 2025 it was an ideal stop, located close to the biopark and the park, and a 20-minute walk to the metro. No services but I felt safe, and I had great interactions with the locals.

Very good spot. However, an electric scooter was stolen from me; it had been lying just in front of the motorhome. A Black man and a white man had previously walked past my motorhome with two plastic bags and then watched me from a distance. I thought nothing of it. When I went to get water, the Black man took my scooter and drove away. I was 200 meters away. I was very careless.

I spent three peaceful nights here. It is an excellent place for exploring by bicycle.

At around 10 p.m., the first car parked next to us and played music for about 30 minutes. Then around 11:30 p.m., two young people parked their car facing away from the motorhomes, opened the doors to point the speakers toward us, and played music at full volume so everyone would be disturbed. We left at midnight. The police do not come by and the young people do whatever they want.

Bad luck. The place seems perfect, but in the end there was music from 10 p.m. until midnight, and at 5 a.m. a guy came to drift around the parking lot between the cars. Judging by the tire marks, it is clearly not the first time. He only stays for five minutes, but he wakes you up thoroughly.

Quiet and large parking lot. We spent a peaceful night.
