I would definitely not use this place, as it is right in a residential area and the affluent residents clearly do not like campers. We had not even been there for three hours when the police arrived and inspected our entire camper. During the night, people kept knocking on the window, so we left.
Street with many free parking spaces available on both sides. Ideal for cars and vans, but if you go early in the morning or at night, you can also find space for large motorhomes. The city center is fairly close; there are no services.
Railway tracks and the intersection of two main roads are audible 24/7. There is also currently construction noise. It smells slightly of waste, possibly from dogs. Broken glass on the ground suggests break-ins. The park is nice for a walk, but in the evening we preferred to drive on.
Arrived Sunday evening. Several spaces available. On Monday morning from 6:00 a.m., the search for a parking space was intense. By 7:30 there were no free spaces left! Perfect for a morning appointment in Hamburg. Not recommended if you want to sleep in.
Horrible area, unfortunately it was not as nice as shown in the photos. I drove on. Finding a good parking spot in Hamburg is an art.
We had a really quiet stay here by Hamburg standards. Right in the greenery, with birdsong from the adjacent park. Shade from large trees and easily enough length for vehicles up to 8 meters. You have to look around a bit, as some spaces are longer than others. The construction site opposite did not bother us because it was the weekend.
Slightly sloping, but I had a quiet night!
Great on weekends and public holidays! It will probably be noisier during the week. A large residential building with commercial space is currently being built next to the area. I wonder whether the parking lot will still be usable afterward.
Avoid because of the noise. Between the train, planes, cars driving far too fast, and construction early in the morning, we slept badly. The only positive point is that the spaces are spacious.
Quite a quiet street on a weekend or public holiday, and fairly central in northern Hamburg. The parking spaces are generous. I stayed overnight, but you can occasionally hear trains at night.
Good place to park overnight! We stayed for two nights and it was quiet.
Spent an undisturbed night here. But it is not quiet. You can hear the main road, the airport and sometimes freight trains. There is also a construction site with earthworks at the end of the street.
