Mountain viewpoint, persistent antenna whistle

Very quiet day and night in December. I chose the small paved parking area because of the season; it is slightly sloped but manageable. Unobstructed view when waking up. The place is on a developed mountain-bike route, so there must be a lot of people in good weather.✦Translating
