Saint-Hilarion, 12640, Rivière-sur-Tarn
Been here?
A large grassy parking area at a former leisure centre beside the Tarn, with shade and a river beach about one minute away. Swimming is possible but unsupervised, and a 2m10 height barrier gives access to the riverside parking. Camping is now prohibited; the area is mainly suitable for daytime visits, with picnic tables and restrooms near the soccer field.

Height barrier at 2.10 m to access the parking area near the Tarn, with picnic tables. You can swim there, without supervision. Sublime scenery. Perfect for spending the night in a van.
Very good grass parking area, thank you.
Camping is now prohibited.
Quite gloomy! Abandoned and neglected place. Fine for the day, but no security at night.
Daytime parking only. After that, it is frankly not very good: run-down and undeveloped. The only advantage is shade and access to a pebble beach.
