Unnamed Road, 230 56, Asopos
Been here?
Bozas beaches provide a pleasant, quiet place with a beautiful beach and an excellent tavern known for good-value food. Recent reports mention that police again ordered visitors to leave, so staying here is not currently reliable. Services are inconsistent, with water and waste facilities reported unavailable at times, and the front spaces should be left for local day visitors.

Unfortunately, the police came by again and ordered us to leave the place. The tavern is recommended.
Quiet, safe place. Rubbish and toilet disposal are good and free. Beautiful beach with three showers. The tavern is unbeatable for price and food. A little dream! If you stay here, eat here too! And keep the front spaces free! Please do not have a “here I come” attitude.
You can eat very well at Bozas Tavern. The place is also very nice. However, at the end of March there were no services or disposal facilities.
Beautiful beach, quiet. Even without services, there is nothing to complain about.
There is currently no water, neither at the showers nor anywhere else, and no disposal facilities either. Otherwise, I agree with the other reviews.
Everything as described, convenient showers and a beautiful beach. At the end of September it rained heavily and we had to get out with the winch, while campers from Central Europe—campers who had been staying there for several days despite the rules—watched the scene without lifting a finger. Respect Greece and its people!
Pleasant place, fantastic beach! Pleasant tavern with very good food! You feel like staying several days!
The tavern has been open since this weekend, but the camper area was already—or still—too full for us, so we drove on.
The tavern is still permanently closed in the off-season, but preparations to open are currently underway. Pros: lots of space, even for larger vehicles; no rubbish; quiet, with only two cars passing on Friday afternoon; rubbish bins. Cons: water and showers do not work.
Do not park in front of the tavern or in the first row; those spaces belong to the Greeks. The municipality turned off the water today.
We were here in June 2024. Great beach and a nice tavern, where you should eat to support the free parking area. Beach showers and a tap are available, and grey-water disposal is possible. Do not take spaces from the locals in the car park; be considerate of others, otherwise the locals will understandably soon lose patience with motorhomes and vans.
Great place. During the off-season the restaurant is closed.
Beautiful, quiet place under shady trees with a large, long sandy beach. Unfortunately, the tavern is already closed in November and the beach showers are turned off. There is still a water tap behind the building for filling motorhomes.
Fantastic place! Tavern and showers closed in November. Perfect spots directly on a beautiful beach!
A beautiful place, but unfortunately some campers think they are alone in the world, park inconsiderately and use everything the place offers without leaving a single euro in the tavern. Dear fellow campers, show more common sense!
There are many motorhomes. Today a Greek woman threatened to call the police to have the place cleared.
The municipality has shut off the water at the car park. Only the shower in front of the restaurant still works. Black-water disposal is still possible.
Beautiful place by the tavern, delicious food and a wonderful sunset. One star deducted only because of the many inconsiderately parked campers mentioned in the previous comment. We were lucky and avoided the €300 fine.
Today the police gave every camper at the place a €300 fine. Justified, unfortunately! Many motorhomes and campers park so inconsiderately that locals cannot even get onto the site or reach the sea. It is truly a shame when beautiful places are lost to travellers because of a lack of decency and respect!
Restaurant car park a few metres from the beach and shaded. The restaurant is not expensive and provides all services. We saw no rubbish, and the beach is very beautiful. The only exception was one camper dumping grey water during the stop.
Unpleasant and dirty place. Everyone dumps grey water nearby or directly onto the ground; apparently this is permitted practice.
Offers good shady pitches. In the front area you are sent away; in the rear area you are warmly welcomed and may spread out. Two abandoned dogs, a mother and her puppy, are looking for a loving home! Both are very sociable, calm and cuddly, and got along extremely well with all the camper dogs at the site.
The place is NOT a motorhome site! Important: It is a parking lot belonging to the tavern and the beach. Motorhomes are tolerated ONLY in the rear, outer area. The area by the sea and the inner section are used by locals! Please respect this! Otherwise, there is a risk that this place will soon no longer be accessible to motorhomes, which would be very sad :(
The parking is great and right on the beach and the restaurant is very good, BUT a lot of campers are treating it like a campsite with washing lines full of washing and tables and chairs out. Some of them stay weeks because it is free. Noisy dogs and children.
A quiet, beautiful place in a bay. Very nice for all kinds of activities. Unfortunately, the bad habit of parking sideways right at the front of the beach is spreading here too. Please think about the fact that we are only welcome if we show some restraint. Please buy some dog food before visiting; there is a nice family of dogs at the site, and at the very back on the right there is a small feeding station!
A lovely spot. Close to the beach. It is clean. There is water at the restaurant, and at the back you can also empty your toilet. For a few days now there has been a turtle nest. We clearly marked it and an organization put up a sign. Respect the nest and stay away from it. One downside: the stray dogs are very sweet, but they bark a lot in the evening.
What a wonderfully peaceful setting. Yes, there are many campers, but it is spacious. We felt very safe here. Locals even came by with fresh eggs toward evening. On the right, you can walk up along the rocks and enjoy a beautiful view over the bay.
Great motorhome site, showers at the beach, cassette toilet disposal available, fresh water connection—what more could you want? Unfortunately, the tavern is only open on weekends.
Very nice place, and the tavern is very good. Two foxes and a stray dog with puppies are very peaceful. Very clean sandy beach and water. We ended up staying several days and had tables and chairs outside, like many others. Apparently nobody had a problem except the last commenter. The same people are always complaining. Just go back to a hotel—Corona is over!
