Hotel Resort Lakeview

Owner Alex is very welcoming. Allowed me to park toward entry of resort, on the grass lawn, under the shade of trees. Has other shaded locations in back parking lot. Lots of flies and bees when you first pull onto the grass, but then they disappear. Great cross breeze off of the lake, shaded and cool at night. I was the only one here. Stayed 3 nights. Road noise during day & early a.m.

Great place to relax on the large meadow below the hotel. Sensational view of the lake with its many pelicans. We also saw many other birds, such as hoopoes. An idyll. A rock chapel and monastery are 2 km away. €15 for overnight accommodation only. Showers and toilets in the hotel for an additional fee. Very friendly welcome.✦Translating

A very beautiful place where you can park overlooking the water. Use of the toilet and, if desired, the shower in the hotel. The reception is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant food is good and affordable. In our opinion, Lake Prespa is more beautiful than Lake Ohrid, with more peace and excellent opportunities for cycling and walking.✦Translating

Great place! Wonderfull to have a hot shower and very kind reception. Stayed for one night which was perfect. We could stay on the parking lot, they told us normally it is possible to stand closer to the lake but due to the heavy rainfall and our big RV thst was a bad plan.

Very beautiful place by the lake, with the possibility of staying overnight on the hotel beach for €15. Very clean toilets are available in the hotel building and remain open all night. The hotel staff are very helpful, and some speak English. The restaurant serves excellent food and fresh fish from the lake. The entire site is very pleasant and feels like a holiday resort for the upper classes from the 1980s.✦Translating

We liked it very much! Great area, beautifully peaceful. The hotel staff are super nice and friendly. We used the shower for €5. You get the key to a hotel room and take a hot shower there. We thought it was a great idea.✦Translating

It is no more than a wide hotel parking area, but it is a beautiful one. There are plans to install electricity and build toilet and shower facilities. The friendly owner arranged for us to take a boat trip on the lake with a local from a nearby village. We paid €80 for four people and were away from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. It is a long boat ride to Golem Grad, but it was great and we saw many pelicans!✦Translating

Great views, and we had the field almost to ourselves. Had access to the bathrooms, but only until about 10pm. You can pay extra for a hot shower, or take a cold shower outside for free. There was also nowhere to wash dishes except at the shower tap. Unfortunately the lake wasn't very swimmable while we were there...

The location by the lake is beautiful. However, there are few level places. We parked at the front by the shore, which is only possible when it is dry and the ground is not too soft. The restaurant toilets are open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. After cleaning in the morning, two of the three were still unusable. We thought €15 for the night was expensive, and the shower would have cost another €5. The lake is currently quite overgrown with algae.✦Translating

For €15 we could stay in this really beautiful site. A shower for two people costs €5, so it has apparently become a little more expensive. But it is truly exceptionally beautiful and peaceful here. The lake is not ideal for swimming, but that did not stop me. The scenery is unbelievably beautiful. The restaurant is really excellent and everyone is very friendly. Definitely recommended!✦Translating
