Mulroy Drive Camping

Very beautiful site with a magnificent view, kitchen, fully equipped bathrooms with toilets and showers, and a very friendly welcome. Don't miss it; much better than the one on the beach farther away.

We arrived in July without a reservation and were welcomed very warmly. We stayed for two nights; the campsite is on a hill with a beautiful view. Excellent and convenient motorhome service, and wonderfully hot showers. Special thanks to the owner, who very willingly helped us find other good places to stay along our route, which is not easy at this time of year.

Call the owner upon arrival; he arrives within two minutes. He explains everything and helps you choose a pitch; everything is handled efficiently and cheerfully. He recommended a pub that was open for dinner, which was very good. It was windy during our stay. Nice view. The owner has set up his campsite for motorhomes with care, pragmatism and logic. Excellent.

Superb place! Magnificent view, very quiet. Immaculate sanitary facilities. Showers. Beautiful pitches. Very friendly and helpful owner! Truly perfect. A very pleasant van stop at the gateway to the magnificent peninsulas! We recommend it 100%!

Excellent welcome, peaceful place, simple but all services are available for our van, and the sanitary facilities are adequate. Peaceful night.

Great campsite with incredible views over the nearby water, host was very welcoming and showed us everything we needed for our stay. Hot showers and toilets all very clean. Electric hook up available, clean water and grey water disposal as well as a small kitchen with washing and cleaning facilities. Couldn't ask for anything more for the price we paid, would definitely recommend!

Nice place, large pitches, very good drink water. No paper on wc, not so clean as you expect when you pay 35€/night + EHU + shower included. Dirty kitchen and facilities inside and you can see is not from yesterday, but not cleaned on the needed frequency for a public use facility. Heating inside present but not working. If you need to use the mentioned facilities, best look away.

Great view, beautifully laid out. Water and electricity at the pitch. Toilets and showers clean (the cleanest so far in Ireland). Service facilities available. Everything is very straightforward. You can tell that David has put a great deal of thought into the site and is developing it with care. Thank you very much.

David has worked incredibly hard to create this fabulous campsite! The position is so perfect, with water on both sides. The facilities were very clean and well-organised. I love that each plot has its own electricity and water supply.

We came to spend one night and stayed for two days. The owner was very friendly, the pitches were large and the views impressive. It is worth it.

This campsite has beautiful views to the West and will have beautiful views to the East when construction work is completed. Dave is a very welcoming host.

Beautiful campsite with a dreamlike view and a very friendly owner who gave us a warm welcome. We were already allowed to stay on the new pitches at the very top, where you have a 360-degree panorama over the beautiful landscape of Donegal. The sanitary facilities are also very clean and practical.

Brand-new site. Great view. Showers and toilet very clean. Pub and groceries about 3 km away. Owner very hardworking and friendly. It is still partly under construction: 50 percent finished on one side of the mountain and the other side will be completed soon. You cannot see or hear it, as everything is happening behind the hill.

The most beautiful place we visited in Ireland! Thank you for letting us stay here. Clean sanitary facilities. Showers included. Washing machine with clotheslines (€4). Level pitches with electricity and water. Complete peace and idyllic surroundings. By bicycle/e-scooter, Murder Hole Beach is 60 minutes away and the supermarket 15 minutes away. We would come back! Amazing!!!

Beautiful and tranquil. Large pitched for tents and campers. Owner is simply lovely, very welcoming. Def recommend a stop over. He is currently developing static caravan and glamping with hot tubs. Hot water and showers available for no extra cost. Very clean. Lived my night here!

Excellent campsite for relaxing and enjoying the view. David is a very kind, helpful, hardworking man who is proud of his newly established campsite (2023). Cleanliness is certainly a plus.

100% recommend this site - clean, tidy and super views over the lough from all sites. A great hub if you want to explore the surrounding area. We will definitely be back, hopefully soon!!

Great wee site, one of the best stops on my holiday. Friendly welcome, spacious pitches, good facilities and a brand new top terrace that has just been completed giving views over the water on both sides. Go for a wee walk along the stony shore if you stay. Totally recommend, and wish them alm the best with the site - 4 static caravans and a few glamping pods are planned for the other side.

This is a very special place. The pitches are very comfortable and well-equipped, and the common areas are super clean and functional. The views from every spot are spectacular, and you can feel the peace and quiet. But David and family are the best of all, they make you feel at home. I hope to return someday! Thank you so much.
