Camping municipal de Brennilis

Great old-school camp, by the lake. Part with and part without electricity. Very very kind and welcoming staff. Full in July, so make sure to reserve ahead. Very responsive via the online reservation system. No toilet paper, and only two showers. Cleanliness not the best we've seen in France, but ok. Very calm camp, great for a few relaxing days. Very limited grocery options, so vome stocked.

We took a three-day break at this campsite, ideal for peace and quiet, walking or cycling, with the lake and beautiful surroundings—a wonderful discovery. A simple but effective municipal campsite. Reserve a few days in advance if you need electricity. Small local-producers' market on Wednesdays.

The campsite is beautifully located by the lake! The sanitary facilities are outdated and inadequate. Too few showers, and when we were there, the water in the shower and sinks did not drain properly.

Great campsite by the lake. Spacious pitches, very quiet. The small supermarket in Brennilis, about 4 km from the campsite, does not have a bread counter on Mondays and is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

A very nice, simple campsite. This is how camping used to be. A lake and nothing else. We are completely alone in the section without electricity. According to the website, French plugs are required for electricity. Be careful: no emptying facilities available. No services, and shops are farther away, so bring enough drinks and food.

Fantastic! We arrived on a day when it was over 30 degrees and were given a super-nice, large shady pitch. All the pitches are spacious and nicely separated from one another, and it is wonderfully quiet. The location by the lake is simply beautiful! The sanitary facilities are limited but very clean. No facilities for motorhomes, so prepare accordingly.

Opening today. We came without knowing this, so check the municipality's website carefully before coming, otherwise you may have to turn around. Superb campsite: €16.94 for two people, one dog and a motorhome, including electricity and sanitary facilities. No emptying facilities at all. Very friendly welcome.

Open-access campsite. Arrive in the evening, settle in, and pay the bill the next morning when the office is open. Attention: some pitches are marked Reserved, so do not occupy them. Ideal location for visiting the Monts d'Arrée and central Brittany.

We spent one night at this campsite in mid-August 2024. The campsite was almost full, but for motorhomes and vans it is still possible to park on the flat area just above the sanitary facilities. Less than €20 for three adults and one child, without electricity. No holiday camp this summer, but no mobile crêpe seller either. Not much near the campsite.

Small, pleasant campsite. There was no disturbance from the nearby leisure center during our stay. Not enough sanitary facilities, especially showers. The prices are reasonable; we had a very good week.

Very simple but clean municipal campsite by a fishing pond. Nice large pitches, very quiet. Unfortunately, there is hardly anything to do in this area—not even a walk around the lake is possible. We are moving on.
