Industrial and office area. On public holidays there are plenty of parking spaces along the street. There are walkers, athletes, and some people coming to work. It does not feel abandoned. Trucks and coaches are parked there, which is a good sign that it is not a dangerous area. Bus 33 takes you to the center.Translating
