Les Gilats, 89130, Toucy
Been here?
This quiet, gravelled car park at the Pyramid of Wolves offers peaceful overnight stays, with some shade and a well-maintained, flat area. Visitors can visit the park and ecomuseum, and the surrounding area has birds, frogs and occasional woodland animals. The upper parking area shown in some photos is closed; the lower car park remains available but is less attractive. There are no services.

Great place, a quiet night. Do not miss visiting the park and the ecomuseum!!!! Congratulations to the team for this magnificent work!!! Belgium.
After a walk with Amarok, we stayed overnight in the parking area with Cécile's permission. Very warm welcome, very peaceful place. Beautiful sunrise with the birds chirping... exactly what we are looking for... Keep it up... thank you.
A magical place, a wonderfully warm welcome, animals from the woods passing through at night, and all the forest birds as background music... a wonderful discovery of the ecomuseum and a superb encounter with the wolfdogs.
The spot shown in the photo is closed. You can still park in the parking area below, but it is less attractive.
Very quiet place, with a few camper vans when we arrived around 7 p.m. The pyramid was closed. The park staff arrive at 8 a.m.
Great place, quiet and spacious, lulled to sleep by the sounds of frogs.
Very quiet for an overnight stay. The ecomuseum is well worth visiting. Suitable for children. Very friendly director, Cécile.
Quiet. No services.
Absolutely fantastic! We arrived too late to visit the pyramid, but an employee kindly invited me to a bat “hunt” at dusk. A great experience with a passionate young guide. As for the night, it was excellent. Not a sound.... Thanks to this association for their kindness and commitment.
You do not need to visit the pyramid to be allowed to spend the night here. Note that the grounds are freely accessible. Gravel parking area with the possibility of finding shade. The young women at reception are very friendly; they did not forget to greet us when we arrived this morning. As for the pyramid itself, it is dedicated to the wolf and is well worth visiting with children. €10.
We had a good, quiet night. Flat, well-maintained ground. We arrived for the Night of the Stars and were able to see quite a few planets and constellations through the telescope. Magnificent.
