Very friendly hosts. This landscape invites you to linger. You can relax, walk, cycle, watch birds, or stargaze here. The toilets are cleaned twice a day. There is plenty of space. We will return.
Pure nature and very peaceful. Friendly operators. The camping area is entirely grass. There are also covered seating areas. The overnight price is excellent too: €12 including electricity and a toilet. However, disposal is not possible, and there is no drinking water, only well water. Highly recommended!
Beautiful, quiet camping spot with clean toilet facilities. Friendly contact person, great opportunities for hiking and cycling, enjoying the peace, and stargazing when the sky is clear. We will return.
Oasis of relaxation, practically equipped and lovingly designed, with clearly marked paths. Many thanks! The stargazing station is imaginatively designed. Please note: there is no drinking water on site.
Absolutely recommended. We were extremely positively surprised by the camping spot. Enough space for everyone. You have complete peace and quiet here. We will definitely return.
We had a wonderful, peaceful night there. The site is very clean and well maintained, registration by phone was straightforward, and the operator was friendly. Incidentally, it is suitable for more than just stargazing. For nature-loving paddlers, the Gülper Havel is a worthwhile destination.
Beautiful site, run by an association. Thank you!! Very clean toilet and garbage bin available. There is even covered seating. Hiking trails lead to the lake and nature reserve. A small tip: if, like us, you come to see the stars, check the moon phase beforehand. We had almost a full moon, so there were no stars :). Still, we had a wonderful evening!
They even turned off the streetlights for us. Very nice people. In winter the toilet is closed and the water is turned off because of frost. Lots of wildlife.
This place is actually worth at least 7 points. Not because of the amenities—there is a toilet and electricity—but because of the idea. The volunteer fire department support association makes this wonderfully peaceful place possible, and with a bit of luck you can see the Milky Way and a few shooting stars.
The site is on a large meadow at the eastern end of Lake Kleßen. The observation site is not a general campsite, but is intended for stargazers who want to sleep a little after observing. The camping spot is perfect for stargazing. It is extremely disruptive when campers and cars arrive in the dark with their headlights fully on.
