Free spacious site, nighttime overcrowding

A very beautiful area with all services, near a natural pool and the village. People were very respectful and we had a wonderful time. Thank you to the town hall for sharing this beautiful place with us.✦Translating

An area spread over three locations: two with spaces for opening awnings and putting out tables and chairs, and one for parking, with gray- and black-water disposal and water filling. Opposite is a picnic area with tables and several barbecues under the trees. Thank you to the municipality for making the space available.✦Translating

The area is overcrowded with awnings, chairs and tables. If you're lucky and find a space in the meadow at the entrance with its picnic table, you will encounter the same inconsiderate behavior. Local people are fed up with us precisely because of this invasiveness. The place has trails and a great river for swimming, followed by a stroll through the village and a drink.✦Translating

People arrive as if this were a campsite, setting up chairs and talking and shouting until 2 a.m. It is not a place for peace and quiet.✦Translating

The area seems excellent, but as always many motorhomers behave inconsiderately and selfishly, occupying two spaces for one vehicle and putting out tables, chairs, parasols, etc., and we all pay for it. For that reason it was full and we had to leave. What a shame. This is how things are going in our country with our motorhome areas.✦Translating

To get here we crossed magnificent landscapes at an altitude of over 1,000 meters. Parking is very good, flat and clean. Pleasant town, lively around the square. Hiking trails that climb well. Nice spot with mountain views with various pitches. 10 minute walk into a lovely village with plenty of shops. We bought cheese and butter from a bar owned by Mantequería Las Nieves. Perfect spot for us on our first night (from Bilboa ferry) travelling around Spain for a month.

Beautiful area in a green setting. Riverside walk toward the town center; on the other side there is a path following the chapters of a story, “The Silly Wolf,” linking the story to the village festivals. Fun, especially if you have children.✦Translating

Spectacular area. It has everything except toilets. For a free site, it is incredible: green areas, tables, swings and barbecues. We intended to stay one night but stayed for two. A path toward the village takes you to the natural pools and to a swing like a viewpoint overlooking the whole village. At the beginning of the trail is the Wolf Bobo story. Spectacular.✦Translating

We had a very peaceful night here. A few beautiful motorhome pitches on the grass; we were lucky to choose one. Otherwise, there is plenty of room in the nearby parking area. Close to a road, but not disturbing.

A wonderful area. Beautiful, practical and able to accommodate quite a few vehicles, with a children's park, tables and chairs. Very good.

We spent a very peaceful night without noise, and it was pleasantly cool. There is a natural pool nearby, and the village and its sweets are well worth visiting.

Fantastic area next to a recreational area called Las Cocinas. The village is worth visiting, with its historic houses, natural pool and Wolf Bobo trail. We loved it. We will return.

Area on the outskirts of the village, beside the river and a recreational area. The drawback is that cars park without any control. Ideal for spending a few days in this beautiful village.

We liked it a lot; the village people were very friendly and the facilities were adequate. The only drawback is that it is a little uneven, but we used leveling blocks and were fine.

A beautiful place among the mountains; the village is very nice, with cafés and a supermarket.

Many thanks to the town hall for this beautiful area and picnic zone. We spent three nights here to escape the heat in the river's beautiful natural pool. The village center is also lovely and worth exploring—about a 12-minute walk from the motorhome—and having something to eat at one of its bars.

Thanks to the Espinosa de los Monteros Town Hall for the free area. It has all services, is beside the river and 15 minutes from the center, and the food is very good. Until next time!

Very spacious area, although very crowded in the afternoon and evening. It is close to the road, but the noise is not bothersome. Large picnic area and a great walk to the natural pool and village. The only issue is that it is a little remote, and the black-water disposal is not good in my opinion.

Perfect spot with a lovely view! We slept in our car for one night and were very comfortable. No noise, water point right next to it. The village is wonderful in the morning.
