Riverside parking, industrial noise

Everything seemed quiet, a few other campers had also settled in for the night. About 20 min after we went to bed, someone started banging aggressively on our camper and hysterically shouting “police !”. It became clear he was not the police. Even after we asked for 5 minutes to secure our belongings, he remained persistent and flashed his high beams until we left. Do not recommend.

Not suitable for long campers; 7.30 m just doesn't fit. The parking area is also very sloped, although that would probably be manageable.✦Translating

This is an industrial area. We parked here because it seemed suitable for arriving late at night. By 7:30 a.m. there was a lot of activity, with containers being moved around and literally shaking the ground. It may be good for a weekend, but I would not recommend it on a weekday.✦Translating

We slept 2 nights here. We felt safe and the place was really clean. There is a small river up the road. In the morning there can be some traffic noise and in the evening people come to run/walk their dogs. For us wasn’t a problem the sound of the train passing. 10 minutes drive to Kaprun

Perfect little spot! Room for 5 cars - we were the only ones there. Right by the dam, a nice walkway by the lake. Perfect for one or two nights. Would recommend. A little noise from cars - but nothing we noticed at nighttime.

Excellent motorhome site for one night, even if it may not seem that way at first because of the lock. In fact, we barely heard it, and everything else was relatively quiet. We had a very relaxing night there.✦Translating

calm place, there’s a river and a railway next to it but was super quiet for us (wintertime). plenty of space even for bigger vehicles.

Quite steep; there is only one more or less flat place. The rest is really sloped. Don't come if you have nothing to level your vehicle.✦Translating

Free of charge, beautiful view; we stayed one night without any problems! Minor downside: very brightly lit, with noise from the train, road, and lock, although it did not bother us… hence three stars.✦Translating
