Very warm welcome, and they found us a place even though we had not booked. The facilities are very good and clean, although there are no seats or paper. Very peaceful atmosphere, close to the lively tourist harbour. The only thing missing is a swimming pool, which is why I gave only 4 stars. €28.44 for a van and two people without electricity. Very reasonable for the season.
Lovely campsite beside everything. Friendly staff, clean facilities and nice pitches. The on site shop was closed one of the days we were there but it's only a short cycle to the large supermarket.
A very good address on Île de Ré. Very friendly welcome. Reasonably sized pitches, many of them shaded. Quiet. Children’s playground. Very reasonable price. I recommend it.
Very nice campsite with enclosed pitches and lots of greenery. The sanitary facilities are well maintained. Saint-Martin-de-Ré is within walking distance and is a lovely town with plenty of restaurants.
Nothing wrong with the accommodation but beware of the €15 booking fee. On the website it's described as a deposit but it was not deducted from the cost of our stay and we were advised it was an additional booking fee. Shoddy practice, both in terms of misrepresentation and the amount which for a one night stay would be 50% or more of the pitch cost.
What can I say about this campsite? First, a very warm welcome, decent pitches, and facilities that are also fine. A little expensive, but this is Saint-Martin. However, €4 per day for the dog's water bowl is excessive. The dog does not use the toilet, shower, or washing-up facilities, so it costs them nothing.
Very friendly welcome. Available pitch not very large, but adequate. No Wi-Fi, and work was being done on the reception building. The toilets at the back are a little dated but clean. Campsite ten minutes’ walk from the harbour. In my opinion, the price is a little high for a municipal campsite: €30.40 per night for two adults with electricity. It is Île de Ré. You also pay to cross the bridge.
Very pleasant campsite, clean facilities, well-defined pitches, quiet, close to shops and the harbour, and a very friendly welcome. Water and electricity on the pitches, with several dumping points for motorhomes.
Nice, clean campsite, just a stone's throw from the center of St Martin on Île de Ré. Shaded pitch. SFR network very weak. Hot shower.
Excellent welcome, clean, very good value for money, a 10-minute walk from the port, and peaceful.
We spent 2 nights at this campsite. The pitches are large, but at our pitch (92) we had the school directly opposite. Noisy all day. Old sanitary facilities and, for the price, no toilet paper. Work started at the campsite at 9 a.m.—not great.
We had an excellent stay at this campsite. Very well located, close to shops and the port, with everything easily accessible on foot. The staff were fantastic from start to finish: smiling and very pleasant. The sanitary facilities were always clean and the hot water was much appreciated. A campsite we are happy to recommend for its friendly atmosphere and ideal location.
Campsite ideally located for visiting the town and even the island by bicycle. Simple but pleasant, clean sanitary facilities, spacious pitches with water and electricity. Very helpful and pleasant staff.
Great campsite close to the shops, port, and ramparts. The welcome was really excellent, with all the information needed to make the most of Saint Martin. The pitches are spacious and well marked out, with electricity and also a drinking-water tap for every pitch! The sanitary facilities are clean and regularly cleaned!
Perfect for one night.
Simple campsite… effective! The sanitary facilities are very clean and the showers nice and hot. A maximum 10-minute walk from St Martin port. Late arrivals are easy! A sheet showing the available pitches is posted: sign in, settle in, and pay when leaving. Perfect! €25 for one night for two people with a van without electricity.
Great site with friendly staff and good facilities, easy walk into the marina with lots of restaurants, there is a restaurant on site but we didn't try it. You get a cycling route map at reception and the position of the site makes it easy for exploring the island
Perfect for visiting the island. It is in the middle of the island, so getting around by bike is easy from here. Spacious, wooded pitches.
Very large area, perfect welcome, quiet.
Pleasant welcome, €27.44 for 1 night, 2 people and a camper van on March 10. The campsite is currently undergoing work on the reception building, which does not affect access to the pitches at all. Be careful: all pitches are on grass, so at this time of year your feet end up in the dirt. Thanks to the municipality for this municipal campsite, even though we found it expensive for the season.
Very pleasant welcome, campsite very well equipped with electrical hookups and water at each one. Very quiet and relaxing. Closed today, November 11.
Nice campsite, we spent a quiet night, clean sanitary facilities, 1 km from the port.
The value for money in the off-season is a little excessive. Few unshaded pitches for this autumn… very disappointed with the pizza, €15.50 with very little salmon! Very well located for visiting the town and La Flotte with its market and lovely port.
Nice campsite with water and electricity at each pitch. A short walk into town and handy for the free Navettes and the 150 bus for exploring the island. Expensive at €30 for 2 in late September. Get there early as filled up quickly. Aire next door also full.
The main advantage is its proximity to the town center. The pitch is small (flat) but well equipped. The sanitary facilities are where it falls short: not enough toilets… and not to mention the motorhome waste dump, which is right in front of the sanitary block. Since it is poorly designed and overflows, you are forced to walk through it when entering or leaving.
The campsite is very close to St Martin and the pitches are a decent size and provide shade as well. The staff are very friendly. I would definitely reccomend
This review does not concern the campsite's services but expresses our disappointment. We called the campsite to make sure there were spaces available. After being told, “Come before 5 p.m.,” we drove for 3½ hours through a storm, arriving at 4:49 p.m., only to be told, “Oh, but it wasn't me at reception this morning!” Absurd and irresponsible response!
Very friendly welcome, ideal pitch for a motorhome, clean sanitary facilities, close to the town center and shopping area. Walks on foot and by bike are possible.
We had not reserved and were warmly welcomed by the lady at reception. Just under €34 including electricity for one day is fine for us in high season. A sea festival with fireworks in the picturesque town was included for free. There are plenty of shopping opportunities within 2 km. By bike, you can reach the marina in a few minutes.
