13 Traversa Torre Milocca, 96100, Carrozziere
Been here?
Private, tree-lined parking beside a B&B, with spacious shaded pitches and basic but efficient facilities. Breakfast is available for an additional charge, while bathrooms, a hot shower, laundry, and electricity are offered, with only 2 places having electricity. The site is close to Ortigia, the sea, and the Plemmirio nature reserve, but it lies beside a busy road with some weekend night noise.

Giuliana is uniquely kind, helpful, and ready to offer advice and assistance. You can also have a typical breakfast for an additional fee! We stayed with the van in the parking area next to her B&B; it has everything necessary in a basic but efficient setting. The only drawback is that the road is nearby and you can hear cars passing. Go and enjoy Giuliana—she is the highlight!
Near Syracuse, with a nearby bus and beach. By the roadside, but traffic quiets down at night. Large pitches, some shaded. Clean sanitary facilities; the outdoor shower is somewhat shielded from view by a “curtain.” Shaded terrace for meals and relaxation. The breakfast is a must: homemade cakes and yogurts, fruit juices, fruit, and more. Finally, Giuliana is warm and welcoming.
A very friendly and lovely host, and it’s affordable with all the services but it’s by a medium busy road and lots going on at night (on the weekend). The shower looks terrible and outdoor but is kinda fine, could use an aesthetic overall in a few areas of the place but nice under the trees and the breakfast is cheap and truly delightful! Ride to town is not good, busy road. Almost great spot
An excellent solution near Ortigia, with shaded parking. There are only two spaces with electricity, but it is well organized. Hot shower and a bathroom. Giuliana is super welcoming and prepares a spectacular breakfast. Recommended. Thank you, Giuliana.
A very warm woman runs this place! She is very kind and provides all the advice and services you need for your stay. I do not understand the negative reviews! You are safe with your motorhome. She does her best to assign you a shaded space. The shower is basic and outdoors, yes, but we had hot water. €15 per night plus €5 for an extra breakfast! We recommend it!
We had a really good stay; the owners are extremely kind and offer excellent advice. It is convenient for reaching Ortigia. Do not miss the excellent breakfast.
Natural area for motorhomes, €15 plus €5 for electricity. Very fresh, varied breakfast at a more than reasonable price. Very quiet night. Bus to Syracuse. The beach is difficult to reach because the streets have no sidewalks. Very pleasant people. Thank you very much!
We were warmly welcomed by the hostess. We had a shady spot. We had planned to go to the beach in the afternoon, but that was disappointing. A public beach was open, but it was not clean. The site is on a busy road, so it is not very pleasant to cycle to Ortigia. We had a good night's sleep and used the washing machine.
Great place to stay under the trees. As others have mentioned don't miss the breakfast. Home made and delicious with lots of variety. Lovely hosts indeed and would certainly recommend.
Fantastic! We were warmly welcomed by Giuliana and her husband. A pleasant, shady spot in the garden of their agriturismo. In the morning we were treated to a delicious, extensive breakfast with a choice of options. Giuliana gave us all kinds of tips for exploring the area. All services available. This place and their hospitality deserve more than five stars.
Wonderful place about 4 km from Ortigia. Very warm welcome with lots of information. Guiliana and her husband treated us to an excellent breakfast with various shortcrust cakes, homemade yogurt, and the finest piadine. The breakfast alone is an absolute must.
Great place, highly recommended! Very warm welcome and an excellent breakfast! Not to be missed...
If more than five stars could be awarded, this place would deserve them. You stay peacefully in Giuliana's large garden/courtyard. A small toilet, a fully stocked drinks refrigerator, and electricity on request are available. The route to Syracuse by bicycle is short and easy. But the absolute highlight is the breakfast... do not miss it under any circumstances.
For €15, you get 24 hours, can use the services, and have access to a solar shower, a sink for washing dishes, toilets, sun loungers, and an electrical outlet if needed. For an additional €5, you can have electricity if needed. A very generous and varied breakfast is available for €5. I highly recommend it; the welcome is very warm.
We stayed in this lovely little garden for two nights, and everything was perfect! Giuliana and her husband are two very warm hosts who allowed us to stay longer on the day of departure because our camper van initially would not start. As mentioned several times, the selection of homemade cakes at breakfast is unmatched! Many heartfelt thanks; we can only recommend you!
Directly on the small SP 104 road, with relatively heavy traffic, noise, and lots of honking; the neighbor's dog barks. Very friendly welcome and breakfast available. Electricity weakly protected, toilet in a garden shed, no shower. Loud music from the surrounding area on Friday and Saturday evenings. Ideal for visiting Syracuse.
We felt very welcome. An excellent place for €15. Electricity is available for €5. Gray-water and black-water disposal possible. The breakfast is fantastic: more than 10 homemade cakes, panini, eggs, and more. A great place.
very nice and quiet. Guliana is a lovely person. breakfast very nice. all very good for a very reasonable price.
Cozy spot in a garden, ideal for visiting Syracuse by bicycle. Very friendly welcome and an excellent breakfast in the morning for €5. Water and waste services, toilet, and washing machine. We paid €15 for a motorhome with two people. Highly recommended!
lovely garden, very clean toilet, friendly owner. Thanks!
Despite the warning, we cycled to Syracuse. It is a little dangerous, though. The described hiking trails (Rother) are closed. The site is okay and the owner is very friendly. A good solution for visiting Syracuse. If you have seen Pompeii, you can skip the archaeological park and spend more time in Ortigia.
A lovely spot in a garden with shade. The operators are very friendly and helpful. The toilet is spotless and has paper. The sink could have been cleaner, and the outdoor shower currently has no privacy screen. If that does not bother you, you are staying in a beautiful garden. Do not cycle to Syracuse; it is too dangerous. The peninsula to the south is great for cycling, though.
Great spot and very nice hosts :) We would happily come again.
We were given a very warm welcome by the owner, who was extremely helpful. We stayed here for one night in a motorhome, in a lovely area under the trees, with access to toilets, a terrace, and Wi-Fi. There was no electricity hookup. Do not miss the breakfast; all the pastries are made by the owner and are delicious! Only €5! There is a bus stop right at the gate. Perfect.
Excellent value stopover about 3.5 miles from Syracuse (€15:00) in the orchard of a B&B. A good bus service. Friendly welcoming host. Quiet overnight but some road noise in the day. Water point a bit awkward. No EHU or grey waste.
