Been here?
Lunde Camping is a grassy riverside campsite about 1.5 km from the town centre, with fjord views and self-selected pitches. Showers cost 10 NOK for 4 min, and the water can change from very hot to very cold. Toilets and facilities are generally clean but older, with only three small dishwashing sinks and limited showers. The river and nearby roads create noticeable noise, while wifi may not reach the pitches.

Lovely campsite by the river. Nice and quiet. Currently working on extending electrical outlets. Showers go very hot to very cold. Staff are very friendly. Approximately an easy 20 minute walk into town.
Good campsite for one night. Showers cost 10 NOK for 4 minutes. Three dishwashing sinks are very cramped, and people sometimes had to wait. Greywater disposal and fresh water are available. The town is reachable on foot in 20 minutes, and the view of the fjord is beautiful. Good restaurant (Gastropub). Stegastein was a disappointment for us. Much too crowded at 11–12, especially the narrow road, and the view is also beautiful from below.
Nice campsite with everything you need. A little expensive, and showers also cost extra. For sporty people, the Stegastein viewpoint can be reached on foot in 1 hour 15 minutes. Definitely a good choice for one night!
I stayed one night and got to choose my own pitch, so I parked my car right by the water and it was so cozy. There was also Wi-Fi, which was a plus. Although the campsite facilities were old, I found them clean. Great for spending one night here before moving on.
Most pitches are beside a fast-flowing stream. The water makes a lot of noise, as does the busy road running alongside it. The sound of the river also masks the road noise. Fine for one night, but not the quietest place.
Excellent campsite with many vehicles, but only three men's toilets, three women's toilets and two showers. No facilities for disabled people. Also expensive.
Nice campsite! Quite full in the evening, but still room for a few more. Reservations are not possible. Showers provide genuinely hot water for about 5 minutes. Wi-Fi doesn't work at the pitches. Electricity boxes are somewhat spread out, but manageable with a longer cable. Contrary to other commenters, we found it very clean! A cleaner was still at the showers at 9:30 p.m.
Simply neat and with a beautiful view.
It was a very cozy camping near the river with lovely staff. The bathroom was always clean and fresh. We stayed for one night and are very happy about our visit.
We didn't like it. The sanitary buildings are old. There are only two women's showers for several pitches. Everything was not very clean either. There are three small, cramped dishwashing sinks. In the evening until late and early in the morning, it was very noisy from the two major roads around the site. The pitches can be chosen freely, but several lack electricity and some are uneven. Everything is unfortunately disorganized and too expensive!
It is a lovely campsite with all the facilities. Located well for the village to visit.
5 stars, even though the two roads are a little noisy during the day. Large, well-spaced grassy pitches beside the river. All services are very good, and we paid 126 for three nights for two people with a motorhome and trailer. Very reasonable price for Norway. Excellent welcome at reception.
What a beautiful campsite. Very friendly and helpful owner. A short distance from Flåm.
450 NOK = pitch, electricity and shower. The site is beautifully located by the river. There are few electricity connections, and they are far away, so you need a very long cable. The sanitary facilities are outdated and not very clean. Five minutes of hot water! Road noise is clearly audible and visible. The price is too high.
Lovely placed low key campsite with great mountain view’s, short walk on pavement to pretty Fjord village Aurland, with gorgeous water front views. River setting, spaces, grassy pitches, clean amenity block with hot water dishwashing, sinks, showers with token inc in 400 NOK night rate inc electric. Sunny position, dump/fresh fill. Washing machine 40NOK & Dryer too. Scenic area.
We stopped here while passing through and were able to park our heavy, large motorhome on the grass by the road. Very friendly welcome. We would stay here again.
It now costs 350 NOK in April for two people with a motorhome. Sanitary facilities included, very clean. The operators are extremely friendly. Fresh water, greywater and chemical toilet disposal are possible, also included. Activities: hike up the mountain to the viewpoint; small town within walking distance; and/or the Flåm Railway can be reached in 20 minutes. In our opinion, it was totally overpriced and not very spectacular.
After having bad luck with our vehicle, we arrived here late in the evening and were warmly welcomed by the owner. We were quickly helped to a pitch and given shower tokens, so after the breakdown we could enjoy a lovely hot shower.
A little outdated but functional.
The site is mainly functional. Everything is somehow old, and there is too little of everything. The location isn't necessarily a point in its favor either. We were only there for one night.
Standard campsite. Very pleasant for 1–2 nights, especially in early September when it is quiet. Otherwise, the facilities are rather old; the shower heads are so close to the wall that you can hardly wash properly.
You can't do anything about the fact that the site is enclosed between two roads (although it is pleasantly quiet at night), but having more than three toilets per gender and especially better quality would be nice. We are all responsible for cleanliness!!
Campsite very well located near Flåm. Somewhat noisy because of the two roads surrounding it. The washrooms are rather small and the shower costs extra. Reasonable price.
Decent campsite, between two roads, so you can hear passing vehicles. The service block is small, with only three toilets for the entire campsite. For what you pay, it could be better.
Beautiful view. Rushing river. Everything okay. You can hear the road a little.
Free Wifi, showers and toilets were good, there was enough room to put your clothes down in the shower.
Campsite located between two roads, one of them fairly busy. Only three toilets and two showers in the women's facilities. Shower with a token for 5 minutes. We stopped to shower and do laundry. Only one family-sized washing machine and one dryer, so there is a bit of a queue to use them.
Solid. For the number of guests, there is a little too little of everything.
150 NOK for water and toilet disposal from the camper.
Parking on grass. Beside the road, so noisy.
We parked facing the river; it was really beautiful, apart from the main road, which is quite busy.
Very friendly welcome despite their septic-tank problems. Close to the center on foot. Clean sanitary facilities, quiet at night despite the road leading to Aurland.
The camper pitches were full, so we booked the cabin for one night and were able to park the van in front of it. Very friendly receptionist. The bathroom is just very small for so many people: two showers and three toilets in the women's facilities. Otherwise, you can walk a few meters to get good pizza!
A nice starting point for a trip to Stegastein. Beautifully located, although there is some road noise. But definitely too few sanitary facilities and showers.
The price is up to date. A pitch for one camper with two people and electricity is now 430 NOK. Without electricity, 380 NOK. Laundry costs 40 NOK. The site is fine. It has a small kitchen with hobs and an oven where you can cook.
Really a very beautiful site. Nicer than the one in Flåm that we had originally planned to use. We had a pitch right by the river. For one night with electricity, two people and shower tokens, it was 370 NOK. We liked it so much that we extended our stay by one night. Without shower tokens, the pitch would have been 340 NOK.
Fine overall. It's a shame that two roads border the campsite. The pitches are not marked out.
Campsite okay, relatively level grass. 400 NOK for the night with two shower tokens, without electricity—we now skip electricity whenever possible. Very friendly owner; you can choose your own pitch. Unfortunately, the site is bordered by two roads with quite a lot of traffic. One night and tomorrow we're continuing toward Sweden.
Good location, but too many people for very limited cooking, washing and showering facilities. Facilities very dated. Not enough power points for all the motorhomes. Overall a bit underwhelming
Very friendly man at reception, very good Wi-Fi and disposal station. Sanitary facilities okay. A nice campsite for spending 1–2 days.
