Been here?
This wooded leisure area beside the Ramacastañas River has ample, level, shaded parking and a paved riverside walk. The river provides a swimming area, and there are stone picnic tables, a fountain and a designated barbecue area. A bar opens from Friday to Sunday and on public holidays; otherwise there are no services beyond the bar. Overnight stays are possible, and vehicles of 7 metres have accessed it without problems.

Another excellent place to stop for lunch, with lots of shade and a wonderfully cool atmosphere, plus a river beach for swimming.
Excellent place with good access. Very large, shady parking area beside the river. Ideal for swimming and for children. There is a fountain. No problem with a 7-meter motorhome.
A very peaceful and pleasant place beside the river. Spacious and shady. There is a bar open from Friday to Sunday and on public holidays. We were there during the week, so we had no problems.
Beautiful. The perfect spot, level, shady, stone picnic tables, swim area. We were alone all night in mid April. I imagine it gets very very busy in summer.
Quiet place surrounded by nature. A snack bar where you can eat and a river for swimming. There is an area set up for barbecues. It is the starting point for the Felipe pools trail.
Place in a recreational area beside the river. There are no services apart from a bar. Lots of shade. Overnight stays are allowed.
One of our favorite places to go with the van, a flat area beside the river. Perfect for dogs. The ladies at the bar are lovely; you can always have a coffee there and use the bathroom.
Quiet place in the forest. Slept well.
Ideal place to spend a night. We were alone, with the sound of the river in the background. Highly recommended at this time of year.
Perfect, peaceful place to spend the day and night; we spent the night alone. Beside the river and a picnic area. It was late September. Lots of shade.
Quiet, shady place with a snack bar where dogs are welcome. Very level, but no phone coverage.
Excellent place to enjoy the peace of the mountains. Good access, many parking spaces, a picnic area beside the river, rubbish bins, and a snack bar that should open in summer. I spent a very peaceful day and night, practically alone, but it was a weekday in April. It is probably quite busy on weekends, holiday weekends, and during vacations. Trails start here.
Very peaceful. Close to the road, but you cannot hear the cars. Swimming is possible. A hiking trail starts here.
